Always a great experience at this Chick fil A. I've noticed a few issues with the a wrong item over the last few months, but predominantly still a great experience.

I'm an extremely tough critic so for a restaurant to get 5 stars is honestly rare. Chick-fil-A locations are literally always nice to me and they work in a very logical way. Their food doesn't make me sick like other fast food places and tastes very good. The food is expensive and I don't like their fries at all but.. their 7 star customer service makes their 4 star food 5 stars. If they just made the fries a little more crispier...

Upon driving to the drive through there was a lady standing outside to take the order. I placed my order specifically to my sister's allergies who was at home with the flu. I ordered the chicken club with no tomato add pickles and no lettuce. I asked the young lady if pickles came on the sandwich she answered. Yes, I also added soup. The chicken noodle soup as the side with extra crackers. With polynesian and Mayonnaise, a bag of ice and also a cup of ice, a large fry for myself and that was the whole entire once. I got to the window where I got my receipt. I've been asked. Could the guy repeat the order back to me? It doesn't, it did not have the add pickles on it. It did not have the note tomato. So I told them to correct order there. I waited a little longer for the order to be correct. It went to my sister's house. Dropped the food off and I left to go back to work. I received the call from my sister stating that the sandwich was horrific. They just took the tomato off. That was apparently on there and there was no pickles at all. This is like the third time. That we've had problems with this chick. Fil a they get so busy they rush and they are expensive and they should not be rushing food out wrong. Apparently the people working there. Don't know their menu items and what comes on it. They have a tablet right in front of them. They should know.So I tried to call the store back and I'm getting this call center. The call center is not even within our driving distance. They cannot fix the order and then at the end of the call upon completing the call, the young lady hung up on me, so I tried to call the store back to see if there was an option to talk to the manager.I left a message.I have not received the call back yet.But I expect this order to be replaced. This is no way to treat customers

I don't personally think highly of the taste of most of their food, nor does my wife but our grandson loves the place. Everyone there is always super nice and super helpful, so I usually have a shake while he eats and plays. ?Parking: The Chick-fil-A is in the corner of a grocery store parking lot and it doesn't look like someone did a very good job negotiating for square footage. They have cones up on the back side of the restaurant so that when you circle around you can see where you need to get in line for drive thru. Unfortunately that leaves pretty limited space between that lane and the parking spots down that back row for cars to drive through. So I assume due to past accidents they have been forced to cone off some of the parking spaces so traffic can still get through. My grandson and I usually end up parking at the grocery store and walking down, which isn't that big of a deal unless it's raining, super cold, or you have a six year old that you have to explain every single time why you have to park at Harris Teeters when you're going to Chick-fil-A.

I enjoy coming to this Chic Fil A location. The operator is caring and kid and his staff is excellent. The food is fresh and Connie who works the dining room is very friendly and helpful. I will continue to drive a bit further and visit this location because of what I mentioned above.

Only been to Chick Fil A a couple times but thought I'd give it one more try. Got crispy chicken sandwich and all I could taste was salt. I mean A LOT of salt and nothing else. I had to toss it after a few bites because I couldnt stomach anymore of it. Not sure how this place has such a crazy long line everyday. Maybe I'm just not a fast-food kind of guy. Service was great though. Very nice people.
