Two fubars over the last year and NO ONE CARES. Within the last year we ordered two entrees and chips. We did not get the chips. Called to tell someone and as you know NO ONE CAN BE REACHED BY PHONE. So we filed a ticket on their website, but no one ever reached out. Even when I spoke to the store MGR the next time we ordered he refused to make it right, acted as if I was lying.Now to yesterday (05/08/24), I tried to use my rewards to get chips and salsa, but the app would not keep the chips in the cart, it kept removing the chips from the cart and said I couldn't add this. I still placed the order for two entrees. Once I got to the drive thru, I explained the situation and even showed my rewards on the app. She summoned the manager. The manager said there was nothing he could do from the window, that I would have to come inside and wait in line for them to scan the app, and than there was no guarantee it would work without an additional purchase.Chipotle can't spell customer service. No wonder everything there is so bad now.

Lost my appetite when I saw a swarm of flies behind the counter as they were making my food assaulting my bowl and no one was stopping them. My bowl and I felt violated, Won’t be coming back until they fix their lord of the flies situation.

We went around 7:00 on a Monday. There were about 8 people working. We were completely ignored while standing at the counter to place our order even though all the employees were behind the counter. The dining room was not clean. The food line, where all the bins are with the toppings, was not clean at all and not appetizing considering it was what you would eventually eat. We sat in the dining room. I ordered the steak bowl. The steak was tough. No thank you

Two hours before closing, and they were out of brown rice, fajitas, el pastor, sour cream, corn, and chips. Service was so slow, a line accumulated almost out the door before we finally got served. Staff moving slowly and seemed unbothered that the people on the line didn’t have what they needed. Seemed to be constant confusion, going in the back to look for things, not knowing if they were making more, etc. One employee on mobile orders was FaceTiming on her phone while all this chaos was ensuing. Several groups of customers walked out, and I almost did. Probably won’t return.

They were very skimpy on the rice and toppings. My chicken was also burnt. They looked at you funny when you ask can you put a little more. Barely a spoonful of rice.

really great staff. i was treated very kindly despite coming in super late (like 10 minutes before close lol). i frequent this location because i live very close, and the only time i have had to wait has been when they seemed very short staffed. im a fast food manager so i understand how it can be and i never felt as though i wasnt provided with the best service they could possibly provide :)

Did an online order, and chose option to pick up through drive-thru. Line to drive-thru backed up to the road when i arrived. So I tried going inside and pick my order there. Long line of people inside waiting on their to-go orders. I asked an employee about picking mine up inside, didn't want to wait in ridiculous Long drive-thru line. I was told to either cancel my order and re-order or wait in drive-thru line. Here I am typing this, still in line, 55 minutes later, i finally get to the window and they cant find my order. So they made my order right then, which was only good thing about my experience, food was warm.I should have stayed away from all the negative comments I seen and only 2.3 stars. I won't be back!
