I was blown Away , there were 5 of us. We ordered 2 BBQ plates Bbq, Cajun Fries , fried cheese bites and a drink or a milkshake FOR 7$ and some change I couldn't believe it. The food was wonderful , hot and the service was on point. All of us ate similar meals for a total of $33.00. What a great one

I ordered a burger with mayo lettuce tomato and onion, and a BLT sandwich. When I got home, i realized the burger didn't have tomatoes, and neither did the BLT. Disappointed that I wasted my money.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars...The staff are extremely rude and have the worst attitude.She got my simple order wrong twice and got mad at me for it.I also found a hair in my drink which is so disgusting.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE.Go to a different cookout!!!

Just avoid this Cookout if you don’t want to be disappointed. Their careless with their attitudes and food. This location is not like other Cookouts. They’ll give you old food and incorrect orders and have the nerve to have an attitude when you call to complain. I’ll continue to go to the one on Wendover.

The menu here is confusing, the food is mid, but it's OPEN when nothing else is and I want a burger. Very reasonable pricing.
If the staff wasn’t playing around all the time they could probably get the orders right! Ordered a steak style that literally had no steak sauce. Nuggets and fries were cold and mushy which only means they were not cooked thoroughly. This is my first time going to this location in about a year because of this same reason. These fast food workers could care less and with the prices of the food going up it’s not even worth the trip

I am a student at grimsely so our lunch is from 1:39 to 2:20, me and our friends ordered our food.1 hotdog, 1 fry, 1 milkshakeAnother fry, 2 nuggets, another milkshake, cheese bites, and a water.These people made at repeat ourself 4 times at the speaker but we let it go because we know it can be hard to hear.But at the window the service was horrible. Not only did they forget half of our order, even after correcting them another 6 times and actively having to hand the bag back only for them to not give us our hotdog, one fry, our water, and no spoons for our milkshake. The workers were also very rude to us even when we tried to be polite.We ended up having to leave without half our items since we had to get back on campus in time for classes.
