They didn't have any mix to make a strawberry drink and asked the man at the drive thru if I could have a complementary chocolate shake and he said the manger said no. They didn't have what I wanted so had to settle for a sprite that I don't like. Also the cajun fries were greasy no crunch very soggy

Sitting at the drive thru I noticed that there appeared to be way to many workers crammed in such a small space. Not to mention there l several workers had very long uncovered hair and while waiting for our food they were constantly running their fingers they their hair and flipping it around. The over head lighting inside was absolutely filthy. I can't imagine what the areas I couldn't see looked like. The food was average but after seeing all the filth from the lighting that could easily fall straight down into the food I threw the food out. Needless to say it was a huge waste of money. Health inspectors need to get out there quickly.

I go to Cookout at 1:31 AM to get a cookout style hotdog add ketchup with a order of white cheese bites and all like it is a hotdog with a bun and ketchup don’t have no mustard don’t have no coleslaw don’t have no chili don’t have no onions don’t have none of that But I ordered a hotdog Cookout style Add ketchup, but all I get is a hotdog with only ketchup employees to be working in the back in the kitchen. They should be looking at the ticket, more carefully and taking their time to fix the food and to make sure whatever the customer orders, the food should match that ticket I am very unsatisfied

Staff was extremely rude, also dude didn't even check for bbq sauce just said they were out which was a bull face lie considering I just saw him give bbq sauce to the car in front of me. They also didn't give a straw. I will never vist this location again and warn all of my friends of this atrocious location.
