Food overall better than average. Corn muffins dry as sand and just as gritty. Biscuit very good. Mashed potatoes and gravey stirred together before plated. That was different ?. Server pleasant.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Took 20 minutes to get a server. 20 minutes to get drinks. Then 45 minutes to get food. Which mostly was luke warm at best. Had to flag down a different waitress to get refills. The manager passed our table several times and never acknowledged anything. Not saying a word till we were leaving and told us to have a good afternoon. The place had maybe 10 tables seated other than ours. So being busy was not the problem. Have never had a bad Cracker barrel experience till this one.

This was my favorite Cracker Barrel. So , I write this review carefully. We saw the restaurant was crowded, we saw waitresses hustling and food coming out the kitchen- we waited and waited and waited and the tables next to us waited too. When our food came out (3 cups of coffee later) my blueberry syrup was spoiled. I had just poured it over my re-heated pancakes, took a bite and was done! I don’t know if there was a new manager or what but my favorite was way off. They had one cashier working and the line was also way too long to check out.

My wife and I waited about 15 minutes to be seated at 1:15 pm. This is to be expected in Greensboro. Once we were seated and placed our orders and waited an additional 30 minutes for water refills. The table beside us requested the manager due to the extensive wait they experienced over 45 minutes from order time. The manager said their food should be out within the next 20 minutes. I asked the manager about the wait we could expect and he stated that it would be a little while. We had an appointment that we could not miss so we left.

The service was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful. The prices for the food and other items that I purchased was affordable..Parking: At the time I went there, obtaining a parking space was good. I didn't need to walk for the reach the entrance.

Me and my daughter were seated Friday night about 615 and behind us were seated four different other couples. Our server came got our order and came back, brought our drinks, and we never saw her again. After 40 minutes sitting there, Three of the four people who came in after us and. ordered after us got their food. I had to get up to find my waitress and ask where my food was…. Only to be told, the kitchen was having trouble. People, the restaurant only had a total of maybe 15 tables seated total…. Not only did my waitress not tell me along the way that my food was delayed for whatever reason….. she Did not communicate at all to even give me the option to changing my order to Eliminate a delay…she Was simply shocked when I told her to cancel my order and we walked out… I Love me some Cracker Barrel, but I will never step foot in this location again…..no wonder they were not busy on a friday night at rush hour…
