I am a Korean. And this is by far one of the best ways to get korean food within like a 20 mile radius. There aren't many korean restaurants in this area, but at least the one of the two that exists close to my vicinity are good.Also, it's called Danji now. It confused me as well, initially. But with the new name came welcome renovations to the look of the place, and it looks a lot better than it before.

Great hole in the wall! The food was excellent. We had shrimp fried rice, bi bam bap, and the spicy pork bulgogi was the best that I have ever eaten. Our young son loved the fish cakes, kimchi, and other side dishes. The servers were very gracious and very attentive. I will be back!!Update!!.....We have been back numerous times and it is still fantastic! The spicy pork bulgogi makes my mouth water. The spicy squid was awesome.Just be sure to call ahead as they are not always open. We drove over an hour twice to find them closed even though Google showed them open. We tried another Korean restaurant nearby and though it is good, it is not the same as Dasarang.Another update....we have been back numerous times and we still love to eat there. The food continues to be wonderful!! Try the squid tempura.And yet another update....I no longer consider Dasarang to be a hole-in-the-wall. I now look at it as if it were my adopted Korean grandmothers place, because that is how I imagine her food would be. We drive over an hour to eat here. We really love this place. The food is very consistent and it always satisfies. I cannot wait until the next time.

I meet with friends this great restaurant often! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot routinely. The meals are just great, the workers are helpful and the rates are fair. I like going in this place for a good supper.
