Order was messed up.. we called back to get a credit.. the female manager said she’s replace the 2 orders. Upon getting to the restaurant the male manager didn’t want to honor what she said. So I asked what are y’all going to do for the inconvenience… and he has an attitude.. customer service is everything. You messed up just make it right smh. I’m not here to get anything free.. we paid and went all the way home trusting the order was correct and it wasn’t. So here we are for correct order. I’ve worked on restaurants over 15 years and never have I ever. If we/I messed up I’m going to correct it smh. It’s an inconvenience that we didn’t eat a full meal but ordered one. Convenience hoping to come back up here a week later.

Honestly, I stopped going to ECW much the past couple of years because it seemed like the quality of the food had declined from how great it was prior. But the past two times I have gone recently were absolutely delicious, all three meals we ordered, and I'm so glad that we gave it another try! That shrimp Po Boy is EVERYTHING!!!

Just picked my to go order of wings. The girl that gave me my order was not friendly at all. I asked if my ranch and carrots were with my order. She said yes. Got home and surprise….they weren’t. My first bad experience here.

Time in, and out was 1 1/2 hours. With a wait time of 20 minutes included. After being seated and ordered. 3 tables that were sat after us, got thier food before us. Mine and my husband's wings finally came out. Had had to ask twice about our child's pizza. So the pizza came out 10 minutes after the wings. This place use to be one our favorite places. I think from now on, we will choose some other place for wings. It's very disappointing...

Very nice and well kept Buffalo wild wings, staff were very understanding and kind. Food was out in like 10 minutes give or take 5 minutes.The food was a little oily but really hit the spot, I Will be revisiting - 9/10 experience overall.Parking: Very broad choice for parking
