The associate in the ice cream shop on 4/8/24 @ 2:15pm did not even want to speak to me. I said hello to her three times and then when I told her I said hello she gave me attitude.I already was waiting for her to finish what she was doing which was fine I understand I work in customer service myself. But she didn’t greet me then, acknowledge me or tell me that she will be right with me, and then for me having to speak to her three times to get a response from her was ridiculous. I go to this shop when I am in the mood for Ice Cream for lunch but they do sell ice cream all over this mall. Just unprofessional….I asked for her manager and she didn’t give me one
Good ice cream
Ice cream was too sweet for my taste. In Spanish we would say “empalagoso”(sickly sweet). My mother and I couldn’t even get through half of the ice cream we shared. Costumer service was also poor. No one smiles, no eye contact, no thank you or you’re welcome. It’s basic politeness to say “you’re welcome” after someone says “thank you” I give it a 2 stars because my daughters ate their ice cream.

Staff wasn’t very kind when asking to try a flavor. I didn’t bother asking to try a second or bother them by having them go out of their way to take my order.
