This is my go-to Jersey Mike's in Greensboro and I just left with a great experience thanks to Jayla and DJ. They welcomed me warmly and recommended some good subs but I actually opted for the sub bowl. The sandwiches and bowls are always consistent with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The place was clean, service was fast as always.Club Sub

Not only was I overcharged, when I get home my sandwich is nothing like I ordered. Why did the guy even ask me if I wanted it on the sign. I ordered added lettuce and tom without mushrooms. Got no lettuce or tomatoes and it has mushrooms!

Don’t bother. Lazy people. Need to learn some verbal and communication skills, like saying Hello, or speaking up so you can actually hear them. So incredibly lazy in every way. One guy was fine and had some basic manners and could converse. Dirty chairs, dirty tables. Got a wrap, which fell apart immediately, so I had to eat it as a salad. Too expensive for fast food and for this type of quality and service. I would have mentioned any of this to the staff, but it is incredibly clear that they do not care. Good luck to whoever they work for in the future.

my husband myself and my 8 year old granddaughter just left this establishment and as a black patron will never ever go to this place again. The older gentleman (darker skinned) who maybe the owner or manager made sure he came from behind the counter not once but twice to ask the white family sitting behind us how their sandwiches were. then came back out to talk to their daughters and said they were telling me about their shoes, again while walking past us twice without a word or even a glance. Just disgusting behavior to ignore any customer like that. it made us uncomfortable and I threw my part of my meal away. Jersey Mikes has lost our family as customers and I hate it because the food is normally good.

We have given this location so many opportunities, and so much of our money. They consistently disappoint. We drop over $100 a week here, and there is always something wrong with our order. This is the closest location to us, it will not be optimal but will will either visit another location, or give other sandwich shops a try. At this point I’m beyond frustrated, and beyond giving this location any more chances to ruin our order.

Will not return to this location . Ordered a regular Jersey shore sub today and so disappointed. Two thin pieces of ham on the roll , was supposed to have two different kinds of lunch meat. Also forgot to add chili sauce as I had ordered. Sad , their subs were so much better when they initially opened and seem to have gone downhill.
