This shop definitely strives to live up to its name by providing authentic New Jersey style hospitality. I live across the street from this shop and received an advertisement in the mail, so decided to walk over and give it a try. The shop advertises that they close at 9:00PM. I walked in at 8:50PM on a Saturday night intending to purchase a whole sub sandwich. There was no mistaking the look I received from the two employees, which was obviously meant to convey, "how dare you enter so close to closing time". Before even bothering to cross the threshold, I asked if they were still open, and was begrudgingly told that they were still open. When I went up to the counter to place my order, I was matter-of-factly told that they had exactly ONE piece of bread left, and that it was a half-size piece of bread, and therefore it was not possible to purchase a whole sub sandwich. I understand the need to shut down at closing time, but what kind of sandwich shop has ONLY ONE half-sized piece of bread 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday night? I left and walked across the parking lot to Chik-Fil-A where I was gladly served without issue. I won't be back to this Jersey Mike's.

I visited this store with my eight year old son today. The young lady (emploee) that opened the door she had been blocking, loudly replies "You're welcome"! Shortly after the same young lady starts to bless me out in front of my son. Resulting in the police being called. Seriously.I'll be in contact with corporate office on this one. Cursing infront of a minor child is inexcusable.

Tavis is great! The only guy who can make a good sub majority of the time they are rushing and mess up your order and tall older black guy on the grill was slow and they always have new hires whenever I do order there

My last three orders of the Chipotle Cheesesteak (#43) came with NO MAYO of any kind. I sent in a complaint form to corporate each time. I’m done…I’ll just go back to Subway.

Went to this location yesterday but was hesitant because every time I go in, the customer service is mediocre at best. But yesterday a group of gentleman were working and there were quite a few people in line and I can say this was the best service I have ever received from a food establishment. All of the men were polite and fast. They all showed great customer service to myself and everyone in front of me.

Incredibly slow staff and overpriced for what you get. It shouldn’t take 20 min for 3 people to get their food. Also don’t care for the fact that all of the cheeses and meats are put on the same slicer. The slicer is probably only cleaned maybe once a day. This is a recipe to get food poisoning and cross contamination.
