My husband and I are visiting from Maryland. We desired a homestyle breakfast which served grits near our hotel andJesse 's did not disappoint us. Atmosphere was homie and welcoming. The waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. The food wad exceptional and prepared perfectly. Most of all this establishment acknowledged Jesus as Lord and savior and offered free silver crosses at the register.We will be back ?

I got the open face roast beef sandwich. The roast beef had gone bad. The waitress said that a customer the day before had also complained about it. Knowing this then why did they continue to serve it?

If you want local, homemade, and affordable breakfast; this is the spot. I always have a good experience when I visit here. They have a seat yourself policy so don’t wait at the door to be seated. Great place to grab some food with family or friends.
