I work close and ordered online, I'm just sitting in the store waiting on my sandwich for 10 mins...did not receive the notification it was ready and instead of the cashier letting me know my sandwich was ready, she sat down and proceeded to read a book...a few more mins ago by... considering I had to be back at work, I got up and went looking for my sandwich...she then with a smart attitude said here it is...I said if you know someone is waiting why don't you ask if you can help them with something??? Terrible customer service.

The do not put any real amount of meat on the subs go hear eat then when your hungry when your done go to a place that actually gives you what you pay for. Sad times we live in.

Jimmy John’s was open, had lights on and staff at the door. I walked in to place an order and the associate nastily yelled “were closed.” I asked if I could just purchase something to drink and the other associate snarled “were closed, yeah!” Being closed is one thing, being nasty about it is another. I won’t be back.

I called to place an order for pick up and the girl on the phone was rushing me , speaking while I was speaking, got my order wrong and did not want to repeat it back to me when asked.. the call then went silent and a “manager” got on the phone I let her know that the employee I was speaking to was rude. The manager then said no she was not what can I get for you? So I asked her to repeat my order and it was incorrect. I then corrected it and she still spoke it back wrong. She asked if that would complete my order and we ended the call. I called back and canceled my order so I could come in and watch my food be made after that. The man at the register was so pleasant and attentive and took my order correctly the first time. I complimented him for his service and the manager started arguing with me. She stated she wasn’t gonna let me talk about her employees , said I need to get some… , continued to tell me to leave while I was still getting my sandwiches and drinks, was cussing at me, and told me I can’t come back after refusing to provide higher management info. She was extremely unprofessional and handled the situation horribly. She was very disrespectful.. I love Jimmy John’s .. but the “manager” at the gate city location was terrible and it made my experience there unbelievably bad.

I love my Jimmy John's. As a travel nurse there are not many places to find you all. While I'm here in NC I'm going to bust eating those ham and cheese Samitches lol. Great service and good people at Gate City BLVD and Asheboro store locations
