First time ordering and last. I placed an order to be delivered to my job and never received it. I called to ask if it was still on the way and was told by the manager that the driver called the number to the front desk and was told that it was the wrong location and they were not accepting deliveries which is odd being that I'm the only one here and the phone never rang. Now I have to wait several days before my money goes back on my card. No apologies were offered.I was forced to give at least 1 star in order to post.

These guys working here were great. We had to work on a Sunday and needed to grab a lunch for the team. They were able to crank out 12 meals in less than 5 minutes. This was great to keep the team fed and working! All the employees here were very helpful to get boxes for me and asked if I needed any help. 100% recommend!

First time at this franchise. Food was fast and fresh, just nothing stood out as unique as pertaining to the food.
Horrible customer service. Not greeted when I walked in, or even talked to. I had to tell the girl working that I had rewards and she responded, “it already went through”. Rude workers and just not a good interaction to have whatsoever. Not sure how people get hired with such bad service and attitudes.

Just a typical Jimmy John's but incredibly friendly staff. Very clean and well stocked. I got a gargantuan unwich with extra peppers (as always). Perfect sandwich prepared with a smile. It isn't always the food that makes a place great. It's good music, clean place, well lit and comfortable. Great job.

Nasty, messy, and left outside with a half drunken soda in a box. I assume it belonged to the driver cause I didn't order a drink. ??♀️ Then the sandwich was drowned in oil. Literally puddles of oil on the wrapper. This the third time in a row my order was below acceptable.
