My girlfriend and I went here to eat after we were done shopping in Winston for our two year anniversary. Because it was our first time dining at this establishment, we needed some time to read the menu on the wall. The first cashier seemed annoyed at us because we didn't immediately know what we wanted. It also felt cramped with several other people in our same area looking at it.Once we placed our order, it didn't take too long for the food to come out. I had to come up to the counter to ask for silverware when I realized we weren't given any. It seemed weird that there wasn't a place to easily grab any, but I digress. The food was really good to the point that we'd come back regularly if we lived in the area.At least, we shared that sentiment until both she and I got sick. It's a shame because one of my friends hyped this place up to be a go-to spot. Maybe in the future I'd give this place another go, but the initial cashier interaction and food poisoning made my girlfriend not want to come back. For these reasons, I have to give Little Ari's a 3 star review.

I use a to LOVE this place. My office orders from there once a week…. And then it went down hill. First it was forgetting my extra vegetables. The next time my broccoli had black mold. Then missing vegetables and sauce. The next time no salad. Each time the manager on duty was apologetic and either offered a refund or replacement free item for next visit. I took about a month off and ordered last week. When my coworker returned with the food, no salad. If you pay for extra anything or substitutions you want your food regardless of how much it costs. For me I have to have vegetables as I’m on a strict meal plan so only getting rice and meat with no salad or vegetables is frustrating and I don’t work close where I can just run back up there! Again I called and they put me in the book AGAIN for a free mealy next visit. This time everything I ordered was in the bags… But my salad is old, brown and wilted!! At this point I give up. Maybe they just don’t want our money. ??‍♀️

So I want to start by saying, we had a VERY large party of 16 and 16 orders really floods the grill and is overwhelming to the staff. This being established though, all of our food was wrong and cold after having waited for 40 minutes. When we received our food, quite frankly, we didn't want to deal with the staff--their customer service had already been pretty rude and disorganized.It seemed like, overall, their systems and processes were disorganized, their customer service lacking, and their food sub par at best.We unfortunately won't be back.

It took me an hour to get my food. My chicken and rice were dry. This was the was the second time in two weeks. It was also dry a month ago. I'm done eating this food.

I ordered a salmon meal and a combo meal of salmon and chicken. I open the box it's 2 or 3 cups off rice half a piece of salmon and about 7 cut up pieces of chicken. Looked like a child's portion with a ton of rice.Not worth the money would not go again. The food tasted basic nothing special.

When coming to the restaurant for lunch I always order the ramen noodles instead of rice. The cashier said that she could not give me the noodles because the manager did not have his override card. I started to leave them she and manager worked out something. I waited for my food for over 35 minutes when the food came he said to me we didn't make the noodles because you didn't pay for them. They should have just let me leave. I asked for my money to be returned and left

I use to go to Little Ari’s as my go to for quick hibachi. Yes it is Valentines Day, but I walk in at 8:37 to place n order for to go. The lady comes to register and ask if I was picking up. I tell her no placing an order and she says “we are not taking anymore orders per the manager because we are backed up. They don’t close until 9:00pm. So what’s the problem. I worked qt restaurant establishments and when I did you didn’t refuse an order until closing time. I won’t be back here anytime soon…. And I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this needs to be addressed because the ladies co-worker even said you could have said it nicer…yall know who was working on 2-14-2024 address your customer service..

Japanese curry was not, in any way, similar to real curry. You can buy packets of Japanese curry sauce at SuperG. Was served literal slop.The young men at the counter looked bored and did a lot of eye rolling when taking orders. This was a horrid experience. Do not go here seeking authentic Japanese cuisine.PS. Please don’t respond to my reply with some bland auto response about your typical “5 star quality”. You literally have a 4/5 rating. And it’s barely a 4…

Has to be the worst food I’ve ever had. Chicken was dry, shrimp shumi was crunchy and the Salmon onigiri had no salmon…. I could literally take the Katsu Chicken and bang it on the counter without it breaking.. This is not authentic Japanese food. Poor quality food and poor service.

They’re just as good as the original Arigatos. Portion size will never amount to what you get at the original but it’s still plenty. They prepare your food on the spot. Even when placing the order online, wait time is usually no more than 15-20 min before pick up. They call you to inform you which is also nice.
