Dinner on a weeknight. The restaurant was empty of customers. (This should have been a warning sign) the steak was literally un-chewable. There was no check to be seen that would list the prices. A total waste of money. I definitely don't recommend this place. I give it a negative star review if it were possible.

Met an old friend out and decided to try this restaurant we haven’t been to in many years. The food was terrible. I can’t believe they served me shrimp fajitas where all of the shrimp was like a rock on both my fajitas as well as my friends ACC. And for 18.99 too.. we will not be back The only reason I didn’t send it back is because I just didn’t want to wait on the food again

The few times I've eaten here, I found the items I ordered to be good, not exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are more affordable than some Mexican restaurants. I will continue eating there sometimes.Dietary restrictions: They have a selection that can accommodate most diet needs.
The food is sad but the food is not good. I ordered a molcajete ranchero and it was cold all cold and missing cheese fresco. But they surely add stuff that doesn't go with it. The tortillas were not hand made all bag tortillas. She never brought the hot sauce. The waitress even had an attitude. What killed it was the meat on it tasted like if they throw it and freeze it back again after a week out and that rethrowing it and cooking it to give it to me. Never again coming back to eat here. I paid $50.00 and hell I should have read the posts. I didn't leave a tip. This is upsetting if I'm going to pay this much at least have my food warm and sanitize food as inspectors operate. I hope an inspector goes to check out their meat. Cause I'm food safe and satisfied and this is nasty and can get people sick. I didn't eat my food and left.

Me and my bf came here and ordered some shrimp dishes which were pretty subpar. Our total came out to be $39 and some change and we left a cash tip and then the next day they charged us $10 extra dollars for a tip and when I tried to resolve it they acted like they didn't have the transaction in their system when we had the receipt and everything. Definitely won't be coming back. I recommend that anyone who uses a card to take a picture of their receipt and mark through the tip part if leaving it cash tip...better yet just use cash smh.

Me and my bf are very disappointed with the takeout we got from lunas. We were overcharged by almost 100% (20 extra dollars) according to prices from their menu on their Facebook page. When we called to try to rectify this, no one answered the phone. The food was disgusting and there was no rice in either of our dishes although we specifically ordered rice. This place has really gone downhill. I have gotten food from here multiple times over the years and it is not the same anymore. We will not be back.

We haven't been to Lunas in two years, we took some friends to eat there tonight. It was a Joke! The menu is overpriced and the food sucks! They will be outta business in a year or less. Terrible!

The restaurant allowed my pick up order to be stolen, then did nothing to fix their mistake. Instead of offering a refund or to remake the food they just kept talking about their iPad, and refused to get the manager when I asked for one.
