I had an opportunity to taste this delicious food at the Siler City Chicken Festival. The steak and cheese sandwich was incredible and my wife loved the peach cobbler egg roll. I will be taking a trip to Greensboro real soon.

this was my first experience and I heard about the collard green roll. LISTEN BABY!!!!! i wish I had got more than one. it was delicious. I can't wait for them to be back out so I can visit the food truck again. the cheese steak roll was packed with meat and it was great also with the dipping sauce.

This cheesesteak is amazing! The meat-cheese, peppers - so good! and good luck keeping it all together! A good cheesesteak falls apart and this one delivers - get a fork. Order the alligator fries! The Maho’s sauce and cheese brings it home - grand slam. Marcus - you have created a masterpiece!

I had their food truck today and it took 20 minutes to get my food. When I did get it it was wrong. They had to remake it and because they make it quickly it wasn't good fries were still cold and tasted bland. They also charged me $10 to not add bacon to a fry order which they ended up getting wrong.Do not recommend it.

Listen, if you want great food with great service, you need to try Maho’s Bistro. The craft lemonades and grilled vegan sausages will have you thanking me! Book them! Trust me. I ordered a shrimp basket for $17 and they gave me 6 shrimp. We also asked them how many steak and cheese rolls came in one order and they said two. When we actually got the order it was only one steak and cheese egg roll. They were ripping people off very badly at the Parisian festival in Greensboro. I hope they don’t always do this but be wary. They gave me money back after I got upset but they were rude the whole time and told me they didn’t care about my feedback. Really bad customer service.

This business is top-notch. I have had several interactions from festivals, to the downtown hot dog stands, catering for a business, and ordered for my own family event. This business goes above and beyond to make sure great customer service is provided and customers are satisfied. The lemonades, egg rolls, dips, hot dogs, cheesesteaks, etc. are amazing! Hot dogs and food is cooked to order! They normally have long lines so please be patient and know that your food is cooked fresh! Your dollars not only support this business but the work that is done in the community. This owner gives back! You will not be disappointed and if you are, speak directly to the owner he works hard to make things right.

Found this truck at the ACC tournament. Hands down the best hot dog ive ever had. And ive had plenty from all over. From Carolina style to Chicago style and lemme tell you this was 10 out of 10 for me. Toasted bun, chili, mustard, slaw and grilled onions and not to mention ive never had a juicy hotdog. Dont know how they do it but man I swear imma make a trip to the boro just to get some more food!!
