This location has gone down. Today's visit was the worst. Poor service, sloppy presentation. The fancy Coke fountain was out of 80% of s flavor selections. Better training needed.

Trash. Quesadilla barely toasted, falling apart. I’ve been here before.

I usually come here on my lunch breaks and the food is usually pretty good. I like the weekly deals they have throughout the week. It's the workers that make the experience not so pleasant and smooth. Their facial expressions and tones are not so pleasing or welcoming and it seems like they are always rushing me even when no one is behind me or in line and then it's always a delay when I get to the register to cash out.

I like Moe's. Moe Monday is still one of the best deals in the world, even in this inflation era. Still less than 8 bucks for burrito, chips, and drink on Mondays? Burrito made exactly how you want it and right in front of you with very few things costing an upcharge? Sold. Been hitting that up on occasion for over a decade, and will continue to do so. This rating, like any of my fast food or fast casual ratings, is based on this locations experience vs. other Moe's locations. I'd imagine most people know what Moe's tastes like by now.I usually go to the location on Wendover, but they're currently being renovated and the Moe's craving hit after a workout, so I decided to go to this one on Battleground. They were about 45 minutes to closing, but the team was still reasonable friendly and engaged, the small line moved quickly. My homewrecker burrito was perfectly made, plenty of meat and toppings, chips were warm, and the salsas are always really good. They have some new sauces on offer, and I really dig the Poblano crema. The chipotle ranch has always been good, but this usurped it. This time they had a new salsa verde on the salsa bar featuring extra garlic flavor and I really liked that one. The Tomatillo and el Guapo are standards for me as well, plus their hot sauce to pour in the burrito. Why the 4 stars? Because... I have a dream. And one day, there will be a Moe's that makes my dream a reality. That dream, is to pull down on the tea plunger after 8pm on a Monday, and see tea actually come out and go into my cup. Sweet or unsweet, doesn't matter. This remains a dream of mine despite countless trips to Moe's on a Monday after my workout. I realize they close at 9, and there was probably a dinner rush before I got there, but can we not have some tea ready in the back to simply roll out once that rush is over? Or have someone say they're in the process of brewing more? If this happens every time, surely it can be prepared for. I wasn't the only one looking for tea... this is the south. People NEED THAT TEA.Me having to settle for a soda aside, this Moe's did a perfectly fine job. Welcome to Moe's!

The staff is a joke they are rude and are always bickering with each other. The bar is always gross and super chaotic. Food presentation is 0/10. There is one staff member who hates her job regardless if it’s a random Tuesday at 2pm or Friday at 8pm. If I could give this a zero star I would.

Staff is very rude. Clearly unhappy working there. Both kitchen and dinning area are filthy. Whole place just looks unsanitary. Moes at the friendly center about 1 mile away is much better.

Ordered food online and came to pick it up, there was an issue with either the card we used or the bank that made the charge reverse and not send the payment, so we had to make our order in person and paid. The manager and workers were so friendly and understanding, the manager helped us with using the 25% discount online coupon we had, to make it work on the new order we made in person. I definitely recommend this Moe's, probably over others in the area, due to just how nice and helpful they were towards us even when working with an issue that wasn't even their fault.

The food is very good but I took a star from them because the salsas are OK and that's where they could improve.Vegetarian options: Lots of great veggies and tofu available.
