The food is usually good and they in the past had fast service but now 3 times I have placed and online order in which it said it would be ready and I should up 15 minutes after the time and its not even started yet. What's the point of an online order if they don't have it ready by the time you get there? ?

Unprofessional. Just nasty. I'm disgusted. I'm livid. I ordered food waited 20 minutes just for them to cancel with no explanation.
I usually don't write reviews but this irritated me walk in get chicken club, burrito and 3 tacos all but the tacos were not in a Container. And the girl who Initially made my food had to ring me up and forgot what I ordered. I feel all this could have been avoided by her not video calling who ever she was talking to I think she said mom so glad she's real tight with her family or has separation anxiety idk but hopefully the Branch manager helps with her situation

Ordered online, wife went to pick up dinner. Gets home, the burritos we ordered for $12 a pop were about the size of a burrito from Taco Bell or the ones you can get in a bag from the grocery store for less than a dollar apiece. They messed up our order, I guess they dropped someone else's burrito in our bag, so we didn't even get what we ordered. On top of that, I left a 15% tip, because if you don't they really mess up your order.Moe's used to be decent value and decent food. Not worth it anymore.

Nice job on re-model, but quesadillas had half the normal cheese and taste as well as cooked differently. Add more cheese (it's what holds everything together) and cook it the old way. Friendlier service would be nice.
