I've been to NOLA several times, and have always had good experiences. This review is based on food, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and value. The food has always been good, the service was hit-or-miss, and the same goes for cleanliness. I guess it just depends on the day... The atmosphere reminds me of a red lobster. The value was just okay. Some things on the menu are fairly priced, but some things are sky high. I'll keep going, and adjust ratings accordingly.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Stopped here while visiting from out of town for a family members birthday. Our waiter was amazing & the manager was very personable and friendly! Will be visiting here everytime we are in town!

This place is marvelous. The decor, music, and of course the food was delicious. The staff were beyond nice and the experience was only made better by the conversation with Harrison. Will be talking about this place for a long time and can't wait to stop in again when I'm back in the area.

Wait staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic, really enjoyed the new “boils” option. Michelle did a wonderful job behind the bar, Harrison was very welcoming, and they were All very patient (we came in late). Overall wonderful experience. Would recommend.

They was not authentic cajun food basically north Carolinas idea of cajun food . The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Kinda over priced but gives decent portions for the money. Being from south lousiana I expected better food that actually tasted like the dishes they was suppose to be. Highly disappointed.
I wouldn't come back personally. I had to send my drink back because it was terrible. It was supposed to be a jose quervo margarita. After the first sip, I knew it wasn't Jose. She mixed it with the house liquor. It makes me wonder how many people are paying for drinks and getting the house mix. Can't be a steakhouse with only ribeye and sirloin steak selection. I've had a better steak at Golden corral. Some of My fiance's crab legs were cold and the others were over done as if they warmed up old crab legs. Our waitress did send out new ones though. We weren't even told bout the deal of night which would've been good to know but I guess I'll just read the signs next time. If you want a meal on a budget this is the place. Our waitress was GREAT!!!!! She was awesome at returning food and drinks. She is the only reason we stayed cause I honestly wouldve walked out after the drink.

We had dinner here for Valentine's Day. The service was excellent and the food was excellent as well. We totally enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere was great. Have been here many times and will continue to dine here.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday and were very disappointed. Now I remember the reason I had vowed not to ever return after they first opened. The Red Fish was dry and tasteless. The Salmon was undercooked. The manager asked to replace it. The 2nd salmon was hard as shoe leather. The Caesar salad was not good, and who goes wrong in making a simple salad? The tarter sauce was watered down. Overall, the food was bland! After this experience, I'll never forget for vowing to never return!! Not great service - we were seated for 15 min before anyone came to take our drink order. After 50 minutes, we finally received our appetizers, in which the main course arrived 2 min later. The waitress only visited out table twice.

This was my first visit. It wasn't particularly crowded and in fact I sat at the bar with only two other patrons. The bartender was chatting with one of the other persons which is fine but I finally had to wave my arms at him to come over. Another bartender took his spot and I had to ask that person if they could take my food order.

Okay, so NOLA is definitely a gem for me. I loved it! Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food was exceptional.We came in last night around 8:30pm (they close at 10) and it was pretty empty. We were the only people in there honestly besides the staff, however, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted immediately with a warm welcome from the hostess. She sat us nearby in the bar area and our waitress came soon after. The whole process was very smooth and they transitioned well. Our waitress was very attentive and kept refilling our drinks often. She was a complete sweetheart.So moving on to the food,, my boyfriend ordered the salmon with loaded mash potatoes and I ordered the oyster plate. We also ordered the gator bites for an appetizer. It was amazing!! Honestly, we had no complaints, my boyfriend couldn't finish his plate lol so I had a bomb second meal. I ordered the pink passion martini and WOW my bartender loved me! LOL it was mixed PERFECTLY. I had plans on getting two but i only needed one, she definitely did not hold back on the alcohol and my boyfriend had a Guinness that he really enjoyed. Our whole bill came to $64 with tax, and i had a $12 coupon so we ended up spending $52 for an appetizer, two entrees, a cocktail, a beer, and dessert. That was right in our price range for a random date night. I finished off with the beignets for dessert, now they were definitely cute little dessert bites, but they are nothing like the real beignets that you would find in New Orleans. I honestly wasn't expecting much in that area so they still get 5 stars from me. I will make a trip back here for sure!
