I have eaten here several times and found that the noodle bowls that they have here are quite exceptional.The one thing that is off putting and that is in most cases in today's society is the fact that it is a bit pricey.

Pitiful. I walk in on a Saturday afternoon with my family to eat. I'm approached by stay as I walk in to let me know that they are open, but are not taking walk in orders or to go orders because they have a "really big catering order", but that I should feel free to order online, although it will be be at least a 30 minute wait. This is a great food style restaurant, turning customers away so that they can work on catering on a Saturday afternoon? What a disappointment.

I didn't want to write a review if it was just 30 min wait for simple takeout orders probably because they were short staffed but food was also terrible. Pai Thai tasted like a cheap microwave noodle and pesto sauce has too much water and it was almost like pasta in green soup. Wasted time and money.

Unfortunately I really don't have much to say about the service. They were short staffed so you had to order online. So the only interaction was basically when they called your name to tell you your food was ready. Good portions for what you pay and a decent selection between noodles, protein and extras. Good for a lunch fix but not if you are pressed for time.

Disappointing Dining Experience at The Noodle CompanyAs a long-time patron of The Noodle Company, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit due to abysmal customer service. Upon entering, the front person's lack of greeting and abrupt demeanor set a negative tone. Despite attempting to address a previous meal discrepancy with the manager, I was met with rudeness and indifference.Despite my efforts to maintain civility, the employee's dismissive attitude soured the entire experience. It's disheartening when a place known for its delicious food fails to uphold basic standards of courtesy and professionalism.While I've enjoyed The Noodle Company's offerings for years, the declining customer service and inconsistent food quality have sadly deterred me from returning. It's a shame that such a beloved establishment is being tarnished by subpar service.

The food tonight was great as it always is. This is a go to quick meal for our family. Service however was not very good. They were pretty busy and we were more than happy to wait, the woman yelling at customers and complaining about how busy it was dampened our experience. This is a reminder to treat everyone with kindness.

The quality is fine/acceptable but the quantity is a joke. I’m left hungry (and my husband).Again, the flavors and ingredients were there. But it lacked filling the bowl.Also, I do not like the guy tending to the cashier giving me my forks. He’s rushed doing it all, it’s unsanitary.Thanks for honoring the military.
