My family order pizza last night from this location and it was delivered. The pepper looked sucked on and was broken. The pizza looked dropped or tampered with. Highly disappointed. I pray the children don't get sick. Saved it in case we need to take legal matters. We called and requested a refund and nothing was done yet. Submitting a BBB complaint also. What is that on the pizza? We love pizza too but this is not good at all. Very disappointed. I hate giving bad reviews but these pictures should explain it all!

My pizza is always correct. The gentleman who hands me my pizza when I walk in the door is always a pleasure to be around. You can genuinely tell he cares.

I ordered a delivery on 06/24/23 for delivery. The lady that came to my door was to busy on her phone with her friends talking about an event they were going to. There was no hello, how you doing, or thank you. I tipped about 10$. This person wasn't even dressed in a Papa John's uniform. I have delivered pizza before and never would have acted this way. Your drivers are a direct representation of your store, and is part of your customer service. Please teach your drivers how to interact with customers. If this wasn't a Papa John's employee, I suggest not to use them anymore.
I've ordered from this location a bunch of times and it's always hot and tastes fresh. The delivery is usually pretty fast too. This is by far the best location in Greensboro. I love papa John's but a lot of the locations have gone downhill- not this one though. The pizza here tastes the same as it did 10+ years ago. They usually remember my extra sauces too so I definitely recommend this location!

I’m literally picking this pizza apart! It seems as if they used too much dough. I guess they were rushing but such a disappointment since it was for my daughter’s birthday party and I haven’t had Papa John in so long.
