This boneless wings cold and had a old freezer taste to them. the onions and peppers in the philly papadia was still cold and hard (undercooked). I legit feel sick now. Disgusting. Idk if it's the morning cooks or what but NEVER AGAIN.

Well I paid for a XL New York pizza it’s not it an original making. Also my delivery person said she does not get paid for this but meanwhile delivering my food. She had a horrible attitude she even banged on my door. This is not the first time they have been rude even when coming in to pick up this location is horrible an it’s really uncomfortable. I just spent over $50 to be disrespected!

I feel like it's the best pizza that's around in my opinion no other pizza place can top it!Kid-friendliness: Always has the utmost respectful Spirit spirit joyful always happy smiling and do not mind going up and out the way to make sure you and your order satisfiedParking: Parking area is kind of small but is also within a lot of shopping centers and Etc but that does make do for the parking that it does haveWheelchair accessibility: Right in front of the main door and wheelchair entry not too much not over the top not extra just simple and smooth

I don't have the option to do no stars but we called this restaurant on 9/30 to place an order. The girl said it went thru on our card in the amount of $47.54 but the order was not placed. We never got our food. She told us to contact the restaurant. I chatted with, Rodel on Papa John's website(while my wife called Papa John's back and no one answered) they said they could not help us with the refund and directed us to the store. My wife called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Pablo by phone who informed her that the restaurant was closed due to no power due because of storm Ian. She followed up via email on 10/10. She didn't get a response from him. Here we are almost 2 months later and no one has contacted us. What kind of customer service is this? Management need to do better. Where is our refund??????

Terrible service managers don't know what they are doing I have made 2 orders with them and both times I have waited an hour or longer and was told I would still have to pay full price for pizza that was cold and the cheese was burnt I advise everyone to stay away from this papa johns
