I grew up loving PF Changs and have not been back for a few years so I decided to try this restaurant again. Big mistake. The food was terrible way too commercialized and so bland. I should have gone to an actual Chinese restaurant. Service was also very bad. Our waiter was MIA most of the time because he has dealing with a large party. We gave him our bill before the big party; however, he decided to run the party of 10 people’s cards before ours. We waited for our card for over 15 minutes. We asked another server where ours was and he was extremely rude. Honestly comical about how poor the service was. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Bad food and bad service.

Frequent here many times usually very satisfied! Tonight food was lukewarm warm ordered 2 orders of the fried dumplings, orange chicken, and sweet and sour chicken it was abysmal. Waiter was horrific he never refilled our drinks at all being there for 1 1/2 hours had to ask for to go boxes then 10 min later he strolls around and have to ask for the check after the boxes. Luckily had cash so I wouldn’t have to wait till tomorrow to get my card back . This was a very slow time for them not busy at all for their standards he only had the table “Us”

If i could give zero stars I would. First, I would come with my wife and kids here on occasion and the vibe we get in here is definitely not family oriented, so definitely do not bring your family. My wife found a HAIR in her food and the staff tried to insult our intelligence and try to convince us it was from the shrimp, it was definitely a long disgusting black HAIR and they finally accepted that fact and only offered to replace the meal, at this point all of our appetites were ruined, (not surprised we found a hair, i saw the people in the back without hairnets and not very hygienic, often times smells of sewage in the restaurant ). We decided to give them one more chance and it was a nightmare, as Muslims we are fasting and decided to break our fasts here today and the food took longer than usual, but that’s ok, stuff happens, when we finally got our food, they forgot my sons food and were told it was coming, we continued to eat as we were fasting all day and were starving, and my son’s food never came, the only thing that came was the check, that had my son’s meal on it that was never received (mind you my 3 yr old is starving by now, he was not fasting tho) so I politely asked the waiter (I forgot his name, it was a tall black man with curly hair) why the meal we never received was on the check and why we never received the meal in the first place, and he asked if I wanted the meal taken off the check, and I replied, of course I do, Im not paying for food we did not get.. the waiter EXPLODED and made a scene and yelled at another waiter to take care of us, at this point i asked for the manager due to the waiter’s behavior, it was uncalled for, I was with my family, the manager (white lady, black hair) did absolutely nothing to solve the situation so I just left. I know these reviews do not get responded to, so I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I usually wouldn’t do that but for a big tall man to blow up and cause a scene in front of my family, during our holy month nonetheless, is unacceptable.
Food was delicious!! Server was fantastic and her name was Antonia! She kept up with all of our table demands and was super friendly! We will be back!!

Today we were celebrating my sister’s birthday at her favorite place! Shar was our server and she was amazing! She was attentive, courteous and friendly. This is the second time that we had her as a service and both time, amazing!
