The boba tea is the best I have had. I have had the dumplings which are also delicious. Unfortunately, since the man took over, customer service has gone down. MakeThe drinks incorrect, run out of boba, store closing early etc. with no sign on door. Some of the teens that work here are so unprofessional. The wait time can be so excessive with one person working.

I absolutely amazing, people were very nice and even offered a free sample of their cucumber salad when it just came in! The guys wife makes all the food like the egg rolls, dumplings, etc. it was amazing, I don’t normally like eggrolls but I loved the eggrolls they had here!!

I have been here countless times at this point and each visit is simply perfection. Taste is honestly the best in Greensboro, the aesthetics of the shop are adorable, everyone here is the picture of efficient service, and Nathan is just the nicest person and makes every visit lovely. As long as I live in Greensboro, this will be my go to boba place and I look forward to working my way through the menu

In all fairness, it's been several months since I went to Pika Tea the last time, and looking at other reviews. I cannot say for sure whether it was under new ownership at that time or not. That said, I remember enjoying my beverage, a half sweet mocha milk tea with some nice slightly chewy boba, and an order of their popcorn chicken with sweet chili sauce. The mocha was just right for me at half sweet, as I usually find most of these drinks overpowering in their sugar levels. The popcorn chicken had a crispy outside, tender inside. Just what you want. The space inside is an interesting mix of decor as others have pointed out, and really, that suits it. If you want to take photos for your socials you have a lot of choices. If you want a work area with more rigid seating and a table, they have it. If you want more comfortable lounge seating, they have some of that too. It can't hold a ton of people, but for what people look for in their boba and tea places, this seems to fit it. I'll admit, my boba travels aren't extensive! This isn't my absolute favorite place for a fruit or milk tea in Greensboro, but it's definitely the closest to where I live making it more likely for an impulse snack.

Used to love coming here but it has seriously gone down hill. The dumplings are really good but they seem to never have the sauce. Ordered a drink over the phone today and I'm told after I get the drink they are out of straws... workers are more worried about socializing than serving customers. I stood and waited for a minute for them to notice me at the register and then my drink was made without any boba when I ordered extra.

I usually love the boba from pika tea but this time I was getting tea leaves in my drink. It was very unpleasant to drink the leaf itself multiple times but the flavor of the drink was good without the leaf. I even got the whole
Very good boba tea! I got the strawberry milk tea with tapioca and strawberry poppers and it was delicious. ? The strawberry flavor tasted a lot less artificial than the other places I've tried before. The atmosphere of the cafe was also really cool and I really liked the lamp umbrellas.
We had bought a $50 gift card for my cousin. The new owner refused to allow us to use the gift card because of the ownership change. I feel this is bad business and the least he could have done was give her a free drink. The decorations are very confusing. There was drums, baskets, hobby lobby decor, and movie theater decoration. As far as our drinks, they were pretty good. Just felt the charm with the new owner here definitely went away.

I was visiting from San Diego/Chula Vista California for a holiday event...I was like let me see if I can find a Boba drink before I head to the airport...Well this spot satisfied my craving... Nathan the owner made me the perfect Thai Tea w/ Boba... He mixed the Thai Tea to perfection and the boba was fresh... when I walked in gave me a welcoming greeting and told me he would be right with me...the aroma of warm vanilla brown sugar just added to the invitation...So if you are in Greensboro stop by an get you some type of Tea/MilkTea/Boba drink....

The atmosphere is the first thing that’s presents to you. It’s extremely cute and adorable, you can tell a lot of attention and love was taken to decorate the place. We got boba tea and the flavor was perfect, you do have the option on how sweet you would like it. The boba balls themselves had a good texture and were chewy as they should be if they are good boba balls. The price range was just right with the amount of tea we got. The actual service was great and the gentleman who attended us was really polite and presentable.Not all boba tea is made equally but this place knows how. Definitely recommend a visit.
