The customer service was completely horrible. They are so unprofessional here. I just believe that it doesn't matter if it is a fast food restaurant or 5 star dinning you should always be treated with respect and shouldn't have to deal with people attitudes.. I mean this has been one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever encountered. It's just disgraceful. But of course nothing will be done. Smh

I ordered a 8 pc family bundle. I requested they switch the wings for a leg and a thigh and was told they could do it. When I received my order in rush and didn’t even get my large side of fries. Now when I try to call it’s like the unplugged their phone. I always have issues with this Popeyes, especially the employees attitudes. This place deserves 0 stars if anything.

Then I get to the window the drive thru rep was rude. I asked for a dipping sauce and they was out of that also. This place is horrible. I WILL NEVER PAY MONEY HERE AGAIN. This place is not good to order food the lady took my order on drive thru she told me we don’t have enough chicken legs I told her just 6 legs and 2 thighs she say okay go pay in drive thru door: after that I have another lady door drive thru told me no more ordering ?!!!! They have a mess in there communication wise that fast food restaurant they are!!! They think customer come order food is a game. A tall gentleman in there also came towards me and talk to me like aggressive and in a hostile manner another girl try to stop him.
