It's a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes they are on it. Customer service great food quick and no wait. Recently here I had to wait outside for my food and 45 mins later nothing. I ended up going inside. They apologized and righted their wrongs. However, today I had to almost argue the drive thru lady down for some sauce. Mam I am not paying extra for the sauce that comes with the meals. Believe me you will not get a raise for reserving the sauce. The major cleared it up. But, geeeeez it's just sauce that's all. I was a paying customer.

I just left this location, very unhappy with the pitiful customer service. Was the only one in the dining room at the register, was ignored, two delivery people came in and were acknowledged, and given food before I was even recognized. As soon as the person answered, one question for me, she turned around to her colleagues, and Shouted that she needed to go to The restroom! I haven’t been here in a year because of poor customer service, and was hoping things had changed. Will never come back.

Ordered on the app and set a pickup time. Food was not packed and ready. The manager said they wait until the customer comes in to verify even though we paid online. We'll they didn't have enough chicken to fill my order, so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook more. They were friendly and apologetic, but based on what I've experienced at multiple locations, you wait a long time, and they are always out of some chicken parts. Last time was the two-piece box. Only had wings but charged me the same price for two tiny pieces of chicken. 1 o'clock in the afternoon and not enough chicken for lunchtime. 5:30p and not enough chicken for dinner time. We love their chicken but not the service.
The young lady in the drive thru was nice and professional. Will definitely return again soon.

My friend and I stopped here on a Sunday evening. They were running out of chicken because they were so busy. We had to wait but we were accommodated for the wait with a couple of extra pieces of chicken. The food was delicious! While we were there, a few of the workers got into a big argument, I think because one of them gave free food to her 3 friends. The store was very busy so that wasn't the time to be giving food away. There were F bombs flying, yelling and all kinds of foul language going on. We were dining in, so all of the drama ruined dinner for me. You don't act like that when you have several customers in the dining room. Very, very unprofessional and unpleasant! I don't know where the manager was during all of this. I haven't been back since this happened but I'll eventually go back because they usually do have good food.
