I almost walked away without buying anything. The employees were gossiping and being immature about the lady who was in front of me because she shook her bag before she walked away. I don’t blame her. I’ve ordered cinnamon pretzel bites before and they only powder the ones on the top and the others won’t have as much.

I gave this place a second try after the 1st time coming and the girl refused to make pepperoni pretzels in the mid day, went back another day, This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL, a guy sitting on top of countertop, the employees are completely nasty for no reason, need a serious customer service class. Never going back because there are other pretzel places that appreciate their customers!

The employees there are nasty. I came to visit and I seen the employees playing with the dough am using the dough for customers. They cross contaminate with the gloves. I’m always having trouble with the same employee. They should be fired

The assistant manager was rude because I asked questions the manager was contacted I will never stop by there as long as she is working there and from my understanding she is always like that my boyfriend had to order my pretzels and after we got our food the assistant manager was being funny and said enjoy like she did something to my food

Today I visited Four Seasons Town Center around 4 pm. My husband and I were standing on the second floor looking over the banister at workers of Pretzel Cafe. To our shock and dismay, we saw an employee sweep up a fallen tray of pretzel bites, drop them into hot oil, re fry them and placed them in the bin with the other bites to be sold. When I went down and confronted the employees, one of the young girls denied it and called me a liar. However, before my speaking to them, she repeatedly looked up and saw my husband and I watching and even indicated to a co worker , that we were watching . This establishment needs to be monitored as unfortunately, this such incident has probably happened in the past as wel.
