Can you give negative stars? Four tables is all they had at 4:30 and we stood at host station for fifteen minutes without even being acknowledged. When I found a staff member merrily doing nothing and asked if we seat our selves I got told to hang on a minute. When it was still five more minutes we just left. Do better Red Robin you are in a service business. Give service. We won’t be patronizing any of your locations any longer.

The food here is always as expected, the service is fine, but the bathrooms have been in disrepair for at least 2 years, if not longer.Broken locks on doors, only one working sink faucet out of 3, and it comes out at hyper speed and has one temperature- scalding. Clean enough, but the soap scum on the wall behind the soap dispenser seemingly points to a lack of real deep cleaning in a long while. If the bathrooms haven’t been properly tended to, I’m a little afraid to think about how many corners have been cut in the kitchen.I won’t be back to this Red Robin, at least for a while, and you should think twice before your next visit as well.

It took them 10 mins to greet us and for us to be seated. The French fries were hard, like they were cooked in old grease. The pretzel bit were burnt too!! Overall, they were not asgood as the other Red Robin that I have been to.

We went to eat lunch. The girl told us it was a 10 min wait. 25 minutes late we asked how much longer when she told us she had a lot going on and was waiting on a table to open up. The restaurant was almost empty. This is not the first time they have had this problem. Last time I left went ate somewhere else then went to another store when I got a text saying the table was ready.. ..also a 10 min wait.

!!!!!!SERVER LEXI STOLE MONEY OFF MY CARD AND ADDED HER OWN TIP!!!!! Food was great, but service was poor. Our server was too preoccupied with having a good time in the kitchen. Sides were not bottomless, as we were not asked if we wanted more. We essentially had to flag her down everytime we needed anything she never came to the table to check on us. Threw away one of my parties to go plates due to not paying attention. Then finally as the beginning sentence says, LEXI stole money off of my card and added an extra tip for herself. Called the manager, he didnt really do much but refund me the tip amount, didnt have any urgency or solution for my situation. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TRANSACTION AFTER THE FACT.

I arrived at 6:27pm on a Monday evening to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday. It was in a party of 4. There was no one at the host stand. We waited 2-3 minutes before someone came and seated us.At 6:33pm, waitress came over. We got waters. I ordered pretzel bites for the table as an appetizer. They came at 6:39pm and were tasty. However, the cheese was eh lol. It wasn’t sticking to the bites well and the cheese wasn’t plated correctly, so it was dripping on the bites.I ordered a spiked freckled lemonade at 6:41pm and it came at 6:47pm. It wasn’t what I was expecting. It lacked a strawberry flavor that I was looking for, however the menu simply said it has strawberries so that’s my fault. I feel like it was fine once I got past that lol. Per menu, it was supposed to be garnished with a sugar rim and a lemon wedge, and it wasn’t. I should’ve gotten the house margarita with strawberry flavor. Also, the drink prices aren’t labeled, which I dislike at places. My drink was $7.99. The house margarita is $4.99. The Cadillac margarita is $12.99. I asked the waitress about prices before ordering. I don’t like surprises.We ordered at 6:48pm. My sister and I both got the southern charm with garlic fries. Both my sons got the the reds cheeeburger with steak fries. My son got the caramel apple lemonade, which is a limited time drink.The food came at 7:17pm. My burger was OUTSTANDING!! I enjoyed it so much! The steak fries were also tasty. With the fries, you’re able to get more (for free). We all got more fries. I was full after that.I told the waitress it was my son’s birthday. He was able to get a balloon and she brought him a sundae, which he enjoyed!Overall, it was a good experience!
