Deliteful atmosphere, although a litte too dark for me during my initial visit. The entrance is counterintuitive so go along to the left hand side. The staff was friendly and cordial. Order a chicken soup, they said it was going to be ready in 15min it took them 1 hour. Their excuse it was really busy. I will understand 30 min but more than a hour??. Then I get my order, I process to leave and they put the wrong chicken! I have order grill chicken they put shredded chicken. 30 min more waiting, Not even an apology.

the worst mexican food i have ever had. the only seasoning they used was seasoning salt. this is not a mexican or tex mex restaurant, this is something totally different. idk if they're are trying to appeal to the white demographic, but the food was extremely bland. the food was so bad it should have been free in my opinion. when food gets this bad i have to write a review to worn others: do not eat here. besides the food, the hostess, waitress, and drinks were pleasant.

Wonderful food!! We love coming here. My only complaint however is when we call to place a take out order. It seems like every time we call, whoever takes our order cannot understand what we are saying. I tried to order the fajita taco salad and was told they weren’t serving it on Sunday. My mother in law called right after to place her order and was able to order the fajita taco salad. We also asked for extra chips and salsa and it was not included in our order. Other than that, wonderful restaurant!

This was my first time at this location and I highly recommend the friendly location if looking to dine in or just get your food right. Came here and they just got my order wrong and come on its food and I don’t live near this location so when I seen My order was wrong I was already at my destination. We called to tell them our Order was made wrong they offered to remake the food the next day but instead gave us a gift card. Try at your own risk.
Rio is overall a great place to grab some food. The standard Mexican food with some unique choices. The service is on point almost every-time I’ve dined.

Got a Rio quesadilla. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I think it was the cheese. The steak in it tasted like it was about to go bad.Chips and salsa were good though.This is the second time I've eaten here and not been happy with the food. After a prior visit, I had an upset stomach for three days.
