Light skinned bald headed shift manager stole my stuff today. I called the police and they acted like I was the criminal. Store manager came and banned me and I didn't get my stuff back. I'm filing a complaint with corporate.Update: filed with corporate and Professional Standards division of the GPD. Talking to a Lawyer tomorrow for possible lawsuit against this company.

I have only tried salad works twice and the last time I had it delicious. I ordered online and specifically said no chicken. I picked it up before work so didn't have time to check it. I sit down to eat nothing but chicken and my lettuce was brown and wilted. I had to throw the entire salad in the trash can. If I could give zero stars I would have.

First time I went here. I got the Fire Roasted Cabo Wrap. Basically a salad in a wrap. It was alright. I think I didn't like this particular item that much. I'll have to try a different one next time. The service was ok, wasn't friendly, but wasn't rude either. I'll go again and maybe try a different wrap.

Salad was fresh and there were some good options for toppings. The brussel sprouts were yummy

Won’t be going back. Don’t waste your money. I am giving them 2 stars only because I used to be a loyal customer and it used to be much better. For one they are over priced, but that’s not my issue. I went there and ordered a create your own salad. Once I was done with the toppings I informed the lady making my salad that I would like my dressing mixed in. She told me it was to late and that I needed to tell her that in the beginning. If that is something you need to know I’m the beginning shouldn’t you be sure to ask the customer that IN THE BEGINNING?! In my mind I’m also thinking “Isn’t the dressing the last step anyway?” Whatever... She then proceeded to take half of the salad off top and I guess put the dressing on. I went on to pay. When I finally sat down to eat my salad it was ranch GLOBBED in the middle of salad and I could barely mix it. When I did, there was so much ranch I couldn’t taste the other ingredients. I am convinced she did that out of frustration or just to be flat out rude. She wasn’t very friendly and when I pay almost $13 for a salad, I expect the salad to be the way I want it along with friendly service. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET A PENNY OF MY MONEY.

Saladworks is a great place to eat at they have fresh food, fresh ingredients everything is just stupendous. I love it there and I will be coming back so please visit Saladworks the price there isn't entirely too expensive. They show how much calories is within each salad, each wrap, each panini so if you're trying to count your calories for the day there you go somewhere healthy to eat, and somewhere that's already counted for you so go ahead and try it I promise you that you won't regret it.

We've lived in the Triad and really miss great salad bar options. Discovered SaladWorks and thought it was okay. Prefer salad bar that you can serve up your own. Here you order salad options. They have warm and cold options. You can see them making the salad and give them guidence. Problem on Saturday when we stopped there was when my wife ordered a salad with hot chicken. Took them forever to cook the chicken. I got my salad and had to wait over 10 minutes until hers was ready. Didn't bother us, as I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time. 4 stars and we go back when we're in the area!

Suggested spot by a coworkers. AWESOME spot & concept. If I could make 1 minor critique is that they treat salad dressing as if you're asking for a scoop of gold. I don't mind being charged 4 the extra scoops of but it's really NOT THAT SERIOUS 4 the folks behind the counter 2 make a comment as if they know what is best & IDK what my OWN taste buds r n2. U r blocking over salad dressing...REALLY?!?

Good variety of toppings. 2 grain bowl.options. I got the southwest bowl and they made it look just like the picture! With toppings like butternut squash and carmalized onions, I would totally come again. (Sad avocado, but the rest was delish.)
