The chicken and waffles were good but I would skip any of the pudding cups and desserts. It was a nice little spot for our group of 3. We didn't wait too long in line or for our food to get to the table.

The chicken was cooked fresh, to order, golden brown. The sides were generous portions, I also had the Cajun seafood egg rolls the portions were greater than expected. The food was excellent, the only thing didn’t like was the slaw, it wasn’t sweet to my taste. I will definitely return for more.

Cheeseburger egg rolls were good. The buffalo chicken sandwich isn't tossed in buffalo sauce, they clearly just poured hot sauce on a plain fried chicken patty which was extremely disappointing. Mac n cheese was lacking salt and the bacon ranch chicken sandwich has rubbery bacon. Ranch dressing was watered down. Fries were decent though. I think all this restaurant needs is to use proper seasonings/salt and actually use real buffalo sauce and a higher quality ranch.

Where to begin....after hearing mixed reviews of Scratch, we decided to give it a try. I ordered the white meat double fried chicken, collards, slaw, and half & half tea. I went back and ordered the fried macaroni bites a few minutes later. What you see in the photo is what I received 20 minutes later (yes, the chicken is cooked as it is ordered so it takes a while). No macaroni bites arrived, but a slab of macaroni which was bland and barely warm. I heard other patrons complaining that what they ordered is not what they received and the employee argued with them! That's not good!! The slaw was strangely sweet-sour but crisp. The collards were as good as any restaurant collards for sure. The chicken was blazing hot from heat and literally dripping with grease, and I do mean dripping! Once it cooled a bit I took a bite expecting a juicy, delicious, perfectly season chicken breast. What I bit into was a very greasy, dry, unseasoned, tough piece of chicken ? . It was bordering on awful, but our dogs certainly enjoyed the Mac and cheese and chicken for their dinner! No, we won't be back. We used to have a 3 strikes rule before deciding to not return to a restaurant but this experience caused us to say once was enough!

This place was incredible, I'm truly shocked about not knowing about them sooner. I was very nicely greeted when I walked inside and ordered the food, the staff let me take as much time as needed and were super sweet. They have so many options to order including sauces and seasoning for your food. I ordered the four peice meal/with slaw and chicken tenders with fries, everything was piping hot and fresh! The chicken tenders and four pieces in the meal were not small at all, they were big! I couldn't even finish it all from how much they gave. The fries were delicious and perfectly cooked to golden crisp, the chicken was juicy and had nice flavor. All of the sauces have tons of flavor and are all super delicious in liquid form. The inside is very cute and comfy almost like a side strip food place, it was also very warm and cozy inside for a cold windy day. it was truly a experience coming here for a first time! I'm very pleased and will be back in the future.Parking: Enough parking space for plenty of people to be insideKid-friendliness: Nice bubbly staff

Decided to give this place a visit. First thing that stuck out was how clean this place was. No smells of old bleach rags, no food on the floor, tables and counter tops were immaculate. The service was very respectable, professional and friendly. I ordered the Nashville hot sandwich, the Cajun wings, and the garlic herb chicken tenders. All the food came out fresh, hot and tasted great! The pics are what's left. Food was so good I forgot to take the original pics. The little burnt pieces are from me warming the food up and not from the establishment. They cooked it to perfection.
Gave it 3 stars just because the chicken is actually fresh but it has no flavor. Just fried chicken nothing special about it. Mac and cheese looked banging but very basic. Nice employees tho.

The best chicken around. I am a harsh critic and I rarely give 5 stars but they earned it. Service was good and food mmm mmm mmm. The negative is not enough seating. They only had like 4 or 5 tables.
