All of my food was soft and soggy instead of crunchy/crisp. Unfortunately, I purchased one order of soggy French fries, 2 orders of soggy fried chicken wings, soggy fried okra, and soggy fried "crab".I'm very disappointed with the food quality. I would not recommend, nor I return.

I've gone twice now and both times it was amazing. The food is well seasoned and the portion size is enough twice. Both times it was great customer service and they talk and treat you with respect.
