We used her before the pandemic . I'm not sure what happened since they reopened but the quality of the cupcakes and counter Goods are marketably poorer. We bought cupcakes for our Christmas party and they were dry. I would have done better at Fresh Mart or Whole Foods . Do yourself a favor and just order them from either of those places they'll be cheaper and a better quality

I cannot say enough great things about choosing Sweet Meg's for our wedding festivities. We ordered a custom grooms cake, 2 tiered cake as well as sheet cakes for our guests...and everyone RAVED about how great they were. Truly the best wedding cake I've ever had. Will definitely be using Sweet Meg's in the future!

The smash cakes for my sons party was fabulous! The main cake was made by another person that did an extremely terrible job and I wished I gotten the cake anyway given the fact she triple charged what sweet Meg was charging for the cake to look and taste old and stale. The smash cakes were very moist didn’t taste too sweet and I was glad my son enjoyed it! I’ll do business again if I’m ever in the area again.

I've been going to Meg's since the pandemic and always pleased with the cupcakes and service . A week ago I found myself having guests for dinner and needed a dessert . I called at the last minute for a pound cake to serve with peaches . They were able to accommodate my last minute request and the cake was perfect. I had never had the pound cake so took a chance and was glad. The price was reasonable and great service! Glad to support this local business.

Sweet Meg's made the cupcakes (lemon flavored) for my bridal shower and the groom's cake (chocolate peanut butter flavored) for my rehearsal dinner and they were both so good! I highly recommend!
We recently had family coming into town to spend the weekend together. Hadn't all been under one roof in several years so we celebrated two birthdays. Ordered two 6 inch cakes to share for 10 people. I chose carrot cake and pink strawberry cake for the occasion. They both were amazing! Carrot cake had a healthy amount of carrot, raisins, and walnuts and a fantastic flavor. Pink strawberry cake had an authentic strawberry flavor and texture from the fruit. Everyone enjoyed them and we all agreed we would be ordering again from Sweet Meg's in the future.

From the beginning, communication has been great, pricing is incredibly reasonable ( she was quick to offer solutions to help the budget) and the cake was AMAZING!!! It is not often you attend a wedding where the cake is delicious, moist and people ask for seconds. We have been incredibly pleased with the entire experience.

Best cake in Greensboro.. Cake is always fresh and moist. If you haven't tried them you you need to and once you try them you won't buy cake from any where else.. Just a tip try the coconut cake, it will melt in your mouth!

If you have a sweet tooth, this place will do the job. Very inviting and friendly upon walking into the shop. There are two small sitting chairs but this is not a place for you to sit down and enjoy your treats. They have a menu that appears to change with what flavors they bake that day. I had the vanilla almond cake and my little one had the vanilla cupcake. The cake was very moist and soft. I'm not really a frosting girl so I took about half of the frosting off but the cake was really good. My little one enjoyed the vanilla cupcake, took all the frosting off too lol. In any capacity, great place to grab a quick sweet treat.
