I decided to do a dine in and ordered a chicken cantania taco with a large Pepsi, 4 Beefy 5 layer Burrito and it was Amazing Will recommend the Chicken Cantania taco

I went through drive thru and I ordered two of the Cantina Chicken Soft Tacos and a Starry drink they gave me the cantina crunchy tacos and then I had to ask for my drink. They were not busy, there was no one but me in drive thru and maybe one or two people in the lobby. Also a couple of weeks ago I ordered for my grandkids and they didn’t even put my 8 year old granddaughters food in the bag. We didn’t go back because it was already late so I made her the two cheese rolled tacos at home. I tried calling them but it rings once then disconnects. I over look mistakes because we are all human but it continues to happen and obviously they don’t want to be contacted.

I have been to this Taco Bell 2 times in the morning and no one comes to take our order. The first time a lady came out and stared at us until we left, and today we saw someone inside sitting at a table playing on their phone! Will not go back to this Taco Bell!

We ordered 3 combo meals and were missing the main entree in one of them. We were in a rush, so we didn't check to make sure the order was correct. Lesson learned for sure.The food we did get was poorly assembled in general and lid on the nacho cheese wasn't on all the way and spilled all over in the bag.

Waited in the drive through for 20 mins. When we first pulled up, the lady told us wait one minute. That turned into 15 with no more response. We pull to the window, sat another 10 mins with the worker inside not even looking at us. We leave drive through, pull around, and go inside. I wait 10 mins at the counter and no one even addresses me. They were getting a health inspection, but the manager was even ignoring me and every customer. I just told the staff that could hear that i would be filing a complaint online in hopes to get my mobile order refunded. Hopefully they’ll respond.

It was great food I got something that was new it was good inside but don't know what the name was but all of everything they sell is the best because you just order it sit down enjoy it go home no dishes to wash what more could you ask for. Love it all and you get free refiled on drinks go for it all you will love it and the price is great! Best thing you don't have to leave a tip!Dietary restrictions: It's all good
I can't even, I just wish their quality and sometimes attitudes were better but can't live with the Bell.

The drinks in the lobby seem to always be watered down. The staff is not very attentive when customers are in the lobby. Go through the drive thru and they are on it. You get your order and go, never really a wait....so drive thru is the way to go at this location. (Just my opinion)

I told myself I wasn’t going to leave a review. But this is the third time in a row that I’ve asked and paid for supreme tacos with extra sour cream. And this is the third time in a row that I’ve received no sour cream at all. This wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t paying so much more for something I’m getting none of. Will not be going to this location again.

They forgot the chipotle sauce & nacho cheese on both of my burritos, they were quite bland but i was too hungry to drive back. They were also completely out of fire sauce. Have had consistently mediocre experiences at this location.

Very disrespectful staff. Always gets the order wrong. I would stay away from this Taco Bell location, the managers are not the best. Also has very long drive through time. Not sure how this place is still open.Edit: There seems to be a new lady who’s really nice and was fast with everything, I don’t know her name but she was white and had short brown hair.
