Always get my order correct! They may take their time but its always right! The best taco bell I've been into in YEARS!! I almost lost hope for taco bell and thats sad bc I LOVE Taco Bell food, but the service and cleanliness of most locations over the last few years has turned me off. This one is bringing me back though!

We went through the drive through and ordered 2 tacos one soft one hard with just meat cheese and sour cream on them, as well as a few potato soft tacos(the potatoes were hard as rocks). The lady taking our order in the drive through was rude but with how working in fast food can be sometimes i understood. We got our food and the regular tacos had lettuce on them so we went back around the drive through and told them that we wanted them without lettuce and they rudely told us to pull around. As i mentioned before it was 2 tacos and i feel like they were playing with me by just giving me one fixed. I finally just pulled off as i was already annoyed with the way they treat their customers and the OBVIOUS lack of care. Very Very unprofessional and childish.

There are a few ladies that work here that are wonderful and always get your order correct. They rock. I wish i knew when THEY were working and would only go when they are working. Because any other time these women are NOT working is a nightmare.
Second time in 9 days I've been here and was so touched by the friendliness and good service of the staff. Today I was served by Chasity W, Lamiya M & Maurice D. I was overwhelmed by their friendliness, kindness and thoughtfulness to me. Chasity had a sweet greeting as I entered and complimented my jacket. Lamiya was so thoughtful to ask if I preferred a fresh pizza. Maurice was so friendly, warm hearted and kind to me. Thank you all so much and I pray God's blessings upon you. Manager - a pay rise is in order for your staff! They are truly wonderful! ?

I personally felt that the food was thrown together without any thought about quality. There's nothing like open a wrap, and your taco is a total mess. There is too much seasoned cream sauce in the chicken quesadilla. This is the second new style Taco Bell with low quality service.

Forgot my Cinnabons not once, not twice, but three times. Then refused to give me the Cinnabons that they forgot to put in the bag, saying that we tried to scam them.
