I specifically asked for extra sour cream, called back and the manager said she made them herself. I figured I would just say thanks and have a goodnight until she hung up on me and would not answer the phone back. I am a manager myself and as a manager you do your best to help your customers "especially in customer service "not get pissed off and hang-up. Just because you're unprofessional I still paid MY MONEY FOR MY FOOD. I visit there quite often but you guys don't have to worry about me Coming back to that location because there were different ways she could have handled that situation and just clearly asked me to bring them back. My money,my food and just bc she made it she took offense. It's not my problem as the consumer that you don't know how to make the food properly!!! 13.00 for 3 tacos that were 2.79 so I wanted my 1.00 worth of sourcream and she mentioned it was the last meat, ummm yall stay open till 2 am. I know that if I acted the way she did, I would have had something said to me by my GM but I would have never done that to a person. Food is so expensive and I just wanted my food made the way I specifically asked and paid for!!!!

Approximately 40 minutes ago I arrived at this place and ordered a Bowl with extra meat, to take away, the service was good, when I was on my way I decided to eat and to my surprise that the avocado not only smells bad but also tastes bad, ah, The tomato is also decomposing, I decide to give them a rating of 3 and maybe not 2 because we all make mistakes, but please have the manager or person in charge of the shift check the food, food contamination can occur at any time and cause health problems, Now I don't know if my food is contaminated...

I got me a breakfast church rap with extra sauce 50.cent more. Got in my car no xetra sauce. Then the sausage was bad.so outside the window it went. I'm so feed up with taco bell. And I just started eating thear. Every on ivy Ben to the employee are not interested on wating on me or has thear had on the counter or on the phone. I had manager that was rude. 1.in Silercity n.c..Elements st. Greensboro. West market st. Greensboro n.c . I cook a lot.some times I like something different. Some people want a paycheck but don't won't to work for it. It's like it's a inconvenience. That's the world we live in. I'll eat at home. That's how I feel about taco bell. Burger king same thing.

The manager who I won't name so as to minimize the problem coming their way. I went through the drive through. The order was completely messed up. I then drove back. To be told I ordered it wrong. Then I said (you need to get your team tight) that set them off. After throwing my food in the trash they walked off and forced me to call the police. I waited for 27 minutes until they returned my money. I was called Ghetto by the manager for saying get your team tight. This place is messy and the team needs to be tight.
