31 minutes in the drive thru line. They take the order and will not take another order until you have gotten your food and drove off. That way you don't stay in que too long causing red flags for corporate. Cars behind me literally were driving off. Dining room isn't open. This store is a hot mess!!!!

The Crew was only 3 ppl, 2 older ladies and a young man. Doing there best great attitudes smiles ect... these 3 were awesome to be doing their jobs in this day n age with smiles on. Very great experience

Worst people working there.they treat you like you asking for free food. Very very bad service. Food is stinky, sticky floor.I want to give less than one star but no choice. Please don’t go there. You risking your health.

This location used to be excellent. Never had issues, kind people, etc. the last I’d say 3-4 times I’ve come here they lock their doors and never answer the drive thru. It’s about 8 on a Friday night currently and I went and sat there for a few minutes and pulled up to the window and the lady stared they close at 8. While online hours state 9 (which I was also unaware because I don’t know any Taco Bell that closes that early. This has happened several occasions of them just not ever answering or ignoring the drive thru. Will not be returning after. Giving this location business for YEARS. I’ve worked fast food when I was younger, and have never seen this be appropriate for a location.

Forcing people to use kiosks with no hand sanitizer or anybody wiping the screens down.When I kindly asked for someone to take my order, the worker said "I just work here, Fu** this." And then guess what? That's the same guy that prepared my food.

Male Representatives was amazing!!Read my order back and didnt miss a beat. The crew working THAT NIGHT need a really nice recognition for doing it right for me because I needed the love he showed.And the food was good except I felt my #2...the chicken smelled funny. Admittedly; I will the chicken had an odd smell especially with certain seasonings.I tasted a piece of chicken....it was fine?This is MY OPINION and I did eat the mealNevertheless, my experience was great because of the employees!

I would not give them one star ......Ordered due to tomato allergy no tomatoes on 2 beef chalupas and no sour cream these were correct ordered bean burrito extra onion same allergy which no reason to say no tomato got back to room took one bite of burrito full of tomatoes drove back they tried to say that he put them on in his hotel room ..but remade that part of his order drove back to room this time got the value size burrito this time no tomatoes but no onion you can not reach the store by phone and just have to ride back there .... THEY could kill someone for being unable to make orders correct....do not go here ...

Fast service and friendly service. This locale also serves food from Pizza Hut, and that adds to the choices for each person. Love it.

Twice I have stopped, while driving an empty bus, to order just to have the doors locked, no one in line at the drive thru, obviously no guests inside, and employees sitting in the dining area doing nothing at 5pm. Do you seriously not want business? Can't drive a bus thru the drive thru and I was totally ignored by employees. Very poor service...

This is the second time I came here for lunch in 1 week and they are never open because they don’t have workers I only have a 45 minute lunch break I will not waste anymore time going to that Taco Bell. maybe if these fast food restaurants and other big businesses would pay their employees better people would want to work. U can make more money by staying home and collecting government assistance then working at Taco Bell. Pay ur employees better and you will find people that will work

Went through the drive through today(Oct 28,2021 around 8.30pm) and the lady at the drive through seemed rude I get to the window and she doesn't say one word to me hands me my food I say thanks no reply from employee. She takes my card and hands it back to me with my receipt. I say thanks and ask for hot sauce and she slams the door shut and walks away. I sit there at the window for a few minutes and she never came back to the window. I'd leave a one star review but I have had good service here in the past. A few months ago I had a guy serve me and he was very friendly but not this lady. I get places are under staffed and work situations might be stressful but next time I'll just go to taco bell in kernersville they seem to know how to talk to people. I mean we are the ones paying there bills a smile and and good customer service really goes a long way

Never open when they should be at night. Always an excuse why such as the nigtt get manager didn’t show up. Then get rid of them if they don’t work.
