I came through at 12:09 and was told they’re closed, pulled to the window and asked why they are closed, was told they said they break the store down at 12 and close at one?????? That’s not how the hours of an operation works.

This Taco Bell does not classify as fast food. The drive through window takes 6-10 minutes per car and once you get to the speaker to make your order the staff are rude, pushy and take their sweet time. Would not recommend this location ever.

Go here almost every day. There is a giant pothole at the drive thru that you can’t go around without almost scraping your rims on the sides. The drive through lady always has a bad attitude, and complained over something I didn’t even do. Absolutely amazing that any big business such as this can stoop so low to hire 45 year olds that can’t even perform minimal customer service. I’ll be taking my daily lunch elsewhere, because this is pathetically sad on every end of the spectrum. I would avoid this absolutely pathetic Taco Bell.

Ordered through Uber eats. Some items are missing. Called location only to get a dry voice on the phone, when mentioned that my order was missing the taco sauce, the guy on the phone responded with " do you want to come pick up the sauces". Hell no I don't, it was supposed to be in the bag when the delivery driver arrived to retrieve the order. I don't understand how you want the person receiving the order to come pick up items you forgot to put in the bag, was you not reading the ticket or was people too eager to go close up and go home?Dry tacos tonight, but won't order for this location again.

Clean, quick and convenient. I love the ordering system. Very easy to see what is available and what it costs. Seems like there are a lot fewer mixed up orders when doing it the way this location does.

When I first pulled in to this Taco Bell with my daughter & nephew, there was 3-4 people standing right outside the Enter/Exit door talking loud about they don't care, they aren't scared of her or nobody... I pull into a parking space to place my order online so I could use a BOGO coupon if I ordered online through the app which I did. Well I sat in the parking lot for 15mins trying to pay & finish the checkout process through the app. I tried multiple times & different things only to keep receiving a oh no there seems to be a service error! So I go through drive thru, ordered a grill cheese burrito box which comes with chips & nacho cheese, 2 burritos with hamburger meat & cheese ONLY, chicken quesadilla & a extra order of chips & nacho cheese. I Did Not get the extra order I WAS charged for.

It’s become a very serious issue when employees don’t speak to the customer. I pulled up the window expecting to hear the cost again but was greeted with no response, no total, no verification of my order or even a thank you. If this is the way of our nation, we deserve what we get. Absolutely no professionalism or common courtesy.

The worker serving us was extremely rude.She mumbled and didn’t take my order correctly. I clearly asked for three baha blast freeze but she only put that I ordered one, I noticed this and told her, she said “Okay”. But did not put the three I asked for. When she gave me a baha blast freeze, I told her I ordered three . And SHE MADE ME GO BACK TO THE DRIVE THROUGH TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE. This is absolutely ridiculous. Taco Bell needs to hire better employees. I do not recommend going to this location.Kid-friendliness: no
