This is one of those places that’s not for everybody. Found that out the hard way. POC spend your money somewhere else…. especially if it’s a girl working the evening shift… ??‍♂️

I consider myself a dive bar Connie Sewer and indubitably WALKERS is a TRUE dive bar. If I lived in Greensboro I would live in Walkers.

First time here on an open mic night. The bar tender was excellent and the local feel was great ?. Music was really chill too!

Located as the centerpiece of the three best bars not located in downtown Greensboro, all locked together like disfunctional conjoined twins on the corner of the intersection of Elam Ave. and Walker Ave. this is another great watering hole for people who want to be where everybody knows your name (whether you like it or not). But it is like its own little city within the city and the patrons and local residents are like on big family and it is a place that I feel at home in. So if you feel like you are a square peg trying to find into a round hole out there in the other nightlife and social haunts out in the city of lights, ce join us scalawags over here in the corner of misfit toys. You will likely fit right in. Great prices and a great staff ready to facilitate your alcoholic tendencies with a joke and a smile.

Rocked out with the band Saphron here a couple weeks ago. Three hour set list of continous jams. Blew everyone's mind! Friendly atmosphere.
