Customer service is really horrible, the guy that be answering the phone is very disrespectful and rude, he literally click on me just because i asked why it took so long for my food to be delivered after paying for express delivery service, bare in mind i waited 2 hours and the end result is my food still wasn't delivered! I had to order elsewhere! Very unprofessional and unacceptable for a restaurant!

I ordered delivery from here. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. It was awful, the steak was not seasoned at all and had no salt. The rice was overcooked and vegetables soggy. I also ordered the teriyaki wings and they were just ok. I heard really good things about this place and I was disappointed.

The black girl that works here with big glass was very rude she didn’t even acknowledge me or answer the intercom then when I pulled to the window she had this big freaking attitude in took 15 mins making my order most definitely won’t be back smdh?.
