I absolutely love this place. The food is great along with the value for the amount of food. So for me I get the 4 piece combo fries and another side, slaw or more fries etc, Texas toast and a drink for just under 11 dollars. It's plenty of food and i usually have leftovers the atmosphere is nice. Friendly staff . Highly recommend

So my coworker went to this Zaxby’s and ordered salads . The toast was soggy, the tomatoes were soggy . The chicken in my salad was really big chunks and they looked old and they were cold ! the French onions seemed stale ! We don’t too much care for your price for your salads on Tuesdays because it’s Wednesday and the salad was the worst salads so we will not be back . Please do better with the salads

My first order was incorrect, so I attempted to contact the store to rectify but no response. I ended up contacting their customer service team to submit feedback and received a $5 gift card for the inconvenience.I attempted to use the $5 gift card provided from customer service today, but for some reason the gift card was showing “invalid.” The young lady was super nice and trying but the manager was a piece of work. Immediately demanded the gift card and said “You need a gift card to redeem it” in the sassiest attitude. The gift card was on my phone and had to be given to the manager. He clearly did not know how to operate the system and couldn’t even see the numbers for the gift card that was right in front of him!He kept saying it was invalid as I continue to tell him forget the gift card and I’ll just pay for the order without the gift card applied. Instead of taking my card to process the payment, he proceeded to interrogate me asking where the gift card was from, why did I receive it, and when did I come. Why is that necessary? Just take my payment!Manager ended up giving me the food (and this order was still missing items/incorrect) and slammed the window. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad. Had pieces of fried chicken. The lettuce was not fresh. The egg was missing the yolk and the one with the yolk tasted off. The service was not great as well. The salad was not presented well and the container was very greasy. I threw it away after a bites and didn’t bother with calling in because I’m sure I would get another bad salad.

When I say this whole Zaxby’s at this location should just be shut down. It should just be shut down. This place is nothing but a grown daycare for high school kids and make me into a manager applicant’s and trust me it shows. The service sucks and it has for a while now. The management sucks. Everybody is rude and the service is ridiculous. What’s the point of having an app if they don’t use it properly for the services offered. Considering I work next door you would think this would be a convenient place to go. It’s not so whether I walk over or even if I drive you see that it’s vacant or clearly not busy. Every time gone there the parking lot is empty you get to the intercom you constantly have to wait you’re told to hold on but what are you holding for? if there’s nobody here Comical, right. Then, when you say something they remind you, I ask for you to give me a second and again how many seconds do you need to already not doing anything? My orders are always wrong I’m always shorted something. The temperature of the food is as if it’s been sitting there from when they first opened. Each time it’s a bad experience, so I’ll go the distance to get better everything. This place just isn’t it.

Food is very good when fresh. Fries sometimes are dry and tasteless after sitting a while. Boneless wings are very tender when fresh. Try the sweet and spicy sauce. Pretty good. Service is pretty fast as well.Parking: No problems with parking. Most people go through drive thru.

I always enjoy coming to Zaxbys chicken fingers for lunch when I’m looking for something quick but tasty. They never disappoint when I’m looking for a good meal and their prices are also very reasonable. The staff there are pretty friendly also so their customers are always welcome to come back. I’ll definitely be going back to zaxbys pretty soon, I highly recommend this place !

The worker was rude to me, she did not listen and got my order wrong, she keep asking my name instead. There was only one other car in line.I have no idea why she was rude. I have no idea why she didn't listen to me. My salad was horrible. The lettuce was old and turning brown. The chicken was cold. The bread was cold. There was no ice in my tea.I usually eat at Zaxbys every Saturday and Sunday after the gym. I will not be going back any time soon. I expected so much better. I as a customer deserves better.
