Never had a bad meal here. The staff is always friendly. Nothing but good things. Food is fresh and hot. Get a lot for the price.

We just left the drive thru....we ordered 3 of the 4pc chicken strip plates. We opened them when we got on the road....and all 3 of our boxes only had 3 chicken strips rather than 4. They don't even OFFER a 3 PC!!! Smh That's not an accident or a miscount....thats somebody being too lazy to cook some more tenders. Unless somebody really doesn't know how to count to 4. Given that these simple combos are $10plus each....that is such a rip off. First and last trip to Zaxbys...even without the shortage...its average at best. I understand why the Chikfila down the street was PACKED inside and out....and there wasnt a soul inside this location and only 2 cars in the drive thru. Food is wayyyy to expensive (esp fast food) for this. We were already back on the interstate in holiday traffic....so no way I was going back.

This is the ONLY good Zaxby's in Greensboro...the other ones WILL give you salads with old ingredients that look like theyve been slapped together missing ingredients and small portions..this Zaxby's is always on point...or it's at least better than the

MISS LUPA IS AN AMAZING WOMAN SHE has done it yet again for another ; someone such as ME ( A nobody) But SOMEBODY that was in need and She took a closer look and made sure I was okay and provided her Great , Kind , Meaningful words to me . Bless her Protect her .

, impatient, snarky, below standard customer service! We ordered our food in the drive-thru and the associate was ridiculously rude and sarcastic.We didn’t hear her when she said she was ready so my husband asked, in a jovial voice, “ok, you ready?” The response given was, “Yes, that’s why I said, ‘how can I help you?’”The second customer service assault was when my husband asked if they had bottled water. Her response in a low voice was, “mm hmm.” We couldn’t hear her, so we asked again and her response this time again in a low voice was, “yeah.”So, I went inside and spoke to the manager, Herb, and told him about our experience. He said he would speak with the associate. I truly hope Herb holds this associate and any other associate accountable for the disrespectful service she provided.

Manager refused to allow me to exchange freezer burnt boneless wings for traditional wings. It was an easy fix; I could have paid for the additional price in traditional! Whatever you do just save yourself the trouble than dealing with unpleasant service.
