it was good food and a clean place but this is the only zaxby’s to not give me zax sauce with my meal and when i asked for some they charged me 50 cents per sauce, i think this is quite outrageous

What a great job they did with the sauce. And the owner gives you a fake email address that doesn’t even work. Edit : don’t pay extra for large fries they don’t even give them to you this is the second time.

They serve me bad chicken it was literally black. And not only that they were really rude and did nothing to fix the situation but offer me more wings that I didn’t even want because of the bad experience.

Tuesday Feb 27th100 Bantiff Way, Greensboro, NC 27406Stopped in going to get lunch while traveling. Went in stood at the register for a few. Staff walking around in the back one straighting the lobby, she walked back. Then a guy walked up told me they wasn't open until 10:30, I was kinda surprised, lights on doors unlocked. Several cars on parking lot. when I went back to my truck a car passed me going to the drive thru. I started my truck it was 10:28 am.Went next door to the McDonald's got food and rolled on. It really seemed like this zaxbys don't want business & If my doors are open, I'd be helping customers especially if it was 2-3 minutes.I wouldn't even minded waiting for a while if I was told hey we are just opening up it will be a few.

The service at this restaurant is subpar and has gone down tremendously over the last year! Today, I visited the drive-thru and the guy working the window was ridiculously rude! Then I called back to speak to the Manager, a female gets on the the phone. I asked for her name as well as the District Manager's name an this poor excuse of an individual lies & says she couldn't give me her name or the DM's name. It's sad that the bar for excellent customer service has fallen to the gutter for many restaurants! I'm not sure if the owner has changed and they've brought in this crew of inept workers, but they need to greatly improve their service!

Manager has no idea what they’re doing. More than half the tables inside are dirty. Soda machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Cup lids everywhere. Floor has dirt everywhere; black carpet near soda machine is turning into different color from all the dirt piling up. The area around the trashcan has gunk around the corners. There’s more employees standing around than actually working. That goes double for the manager; surprised she still employed. Only plus side I see is that kitchen crew seem to be the only competent employees; the manager on the other hand she needs to improve. Long story short the inside of this location is very dirty.

So I Only had this place once A while back And it was the niblets And they were pretty good And since I haven't been here in a couple years I decided to go back me and my husband We got Signature Chicken Club meals With no sauce And A five piece chicken tender It all came out to 28.50 The chicken looks so dry The bacon taste is like rubber The cheese looked old And I do believe if i get a club anywhere else it would come with lettuce and tomato but all this came with bacon cheese pickles and the sauce but of course we didn't get the sauce & for that price It looks like I got a kids size fry from McDonald's The chicken tenders they were Decent But you would think for $28 I would be getting a nice Juicy Fresh Piece of chicken Just like from Chick-fil-A And you would think that You definitely got more fries Which were also cold And tasted like rubber And some of them were even too hard To eat. She asked me what kind of drink I wanted with my meal and I couldn't even find on the menu what type of drinks they served so we both got sweet tea which wasn't that good tasted old and not to mention that I asked for hot honey mustard and ranch for the chicken tenders I got charged for one of those sauces like come on really like bc the $28 already just wasn't enough right so yea they definitely had to add that .50 on there which i shouldn't have got in charge since they should be giving two sauces for five chickens anyways and then when we get home I take the food out of the bag and I see that my husband has two different sauces which I'm not sure which one of them was the hot honey mustard because it came in a clear container and like I said she gave me two different sauces sorry to say but. I don't think we will be going back there anytime soon.. I was so disappointedAnd for those prices I should have been fat full and happy but instead I went to sleep sad and hungry this place used to be A1 on top of everything used to be so good I'm not sure what happened to this location sorry but the way things are going nowadays I just don't have $30 to be throwing away on food that isn't going to fill us up or that is a small amount nor fresh.. could have went and got a 2 for 25 from Applebee's and would have ended up fat full n happy with leftovers

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a BBQ boneless wing meal. Unfortunately, the wings had little to no sauce, so I went inside and asked if they could toss the wings again. They then gave me wings that weren’t tossed, just BBQ squeezed on them. Also, I was met with a very passive-aggressive tone.
