Today was my first visit to Zaxbys in over a year (bad food at New Garden). I got the house salad with fried chicken and a side of shrimp. Food was delicious, fresh, and generous portion. Best salad I've had in a long time. Service was good and the line moved quickly. Will definitely be back here.

Hey Crystal, must be the same rude, immature group working on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. At least 4 of them working but sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. “Didn’t have chicken ready” although it’s a chicken restaurant. Didn’t seem to care about making customers wait nor trying to make it any better. Funny thing, when I drove over to the drive thru to take a picture of who was at the drive thru, they could all come to the window then, but couldn’t take an order! I know good help is hard to find but this group is ruining your business and reputation. I hope you are able to find someone that respects your business. But sorry, I won’t be back! Best of luck

The store was nasty and my food was not cooked all the way...fries still half frozen and pale. This is the second time this has happened here..$40 and now Me and my family still can't eat we have to go somewhere else. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION.
I go fairly often to pick up food with my granddaughter after school.She loves the Kiddie Finger Meal and the Traditional Wings! And I occasionally get the Grilled Chicken House Zalad.Delish!

Omg! I will never go to this Zaxby's again! I went through the drive thru on 1/19/24 @ 9:13pm, and someone named Alexis took my order! (According to the receipt I had to ask for). This person was so rude, it's not even funny! (Had my child not been with me, I could have easily lost myself! I had NEVER experienced such rudeness in my life until the following night at Cook Out on Summit Ave. (That's in another review, smh). Basically, I will NEVER eat here again b/c I WILL NOT keep paying MY MONEY to be treated any type of way b/c whatever reason u feel!? (Alexis: If u don't like what u do... please find something else!) I'm truly going to have to make time to start cooking at home before I catch a charge!

Coupon glitched in the register, so we got charged the full amount. They refunded the extra cost but took the extra food away as well. Then claimed we had to make an additional purchase since the coupon required a $5 purchase and the first purchase doesn't count anymore.
