My new favorite place for coffee! Today my my first time visiting. I loved how the drive thru has two lanes. I didn't expect the lines to go as fast as they did. The young lady who took our order was very nice. She was fun to chat with as we ordered and waited for our drinks. The young lady who brought our drinks to her to give to us also chatted with us. It was unexpected and everything I never knew was possible. Maybe the chatting made the wait seem faster than it was? Either way I don't care. Exceptional customer service makes the whole experience top tier!I had the sweet and salty, extra sweet. I don't like coffee taste in coffee drinks (yes that's counter intuitive), I like the caffeine but flavor cover ups. My drink was sweet and I tasted the chocolate flavor but I could also taste coffee. I imagine this is logically what most people want. Overall I liked it. My husband has the blondie, regular. His drink didn't taste like coffee at all and was sweet. It tasted smooth and creamy and more like a sweet cream flavor imo. I liked his more than mine. He loved his but also loved mine because he likes a stronger coffee taste.I highly recommend 7 Brew. It was a fun place to visit. The workers are very friendly and chatty. I will definitely be back alot to try more flavors. They have a variety of drinks on their menu and it's less i intimidating to understand than Starbucks. At starbucks it's hard for me to understand what things are and will taste like or even how to order. 7 Brew is simpler and cheaper. Definitely give them several tries!

I usually don't this but today I'm upset.They weren't friendly today like they used to be at the beginning really sad I Felt rushed to place my order and when I get my order my drink was not full like used to be before. I explained to the other lady they started arguing with me about it that was the right amount for the drink.It has a line to be full but it was lower then that I told them I don't mind to pay extra but they said it's the way goes So honestly I stopped by 3or 4times a week now I will think about it cause the customer service today it was not good at all .arguing with a customer who doesn't mind to pay extra to have the drink full .

I tried the brunette and it was great, added caramel drizzle with some whip cream. Sizes are also very big. The service was fast and they employees were nice. There was two lines and a speaker playing music.

This past weekend, MrsB and I visited the new SEVEN BREW Coffee Drive-Thru on Firetower and we were pleasantly surprised with the drinks and particularly the FUN & FESTIVE atmosphere as soon as you drive up! We ordered a Mocha and Latte. Of course, they seemed to have extra caffeine and sugar in the drinks so beware! Very good drinks, they are a bit sweet so I get the sweetness cut in half. The only complaint I have is the price. Other locations are cheaper than Starbucks, this one is not. I spend more on a medium latte than a Starbucks large.

My order was the iced latte with oatmilk add cold foam with caramel and cinnamon both times the order was made without caramel and cinnamon then the worker said the next time if you want it sweeter you should have added caramel when I did order the caramel.The order was still wrong and I was very annoyed and just moved on. Bad Customer service this was the first time I experienced this from 7 Brew.
