I love going for something other than burgers! There was a respectable amount of meat on our sandwich and always fresh. I truly appreciate their 4 for 10$ deal! Great for a family!

This is the worst Arby's! Avoid at all costs. The young man who waited on me at the drive thru had hair all the way over his eyes so you couldn't actually see his face. I waited, finally got a little bag with grease leaked through so I asked if it was everything I ordered (3 things) and he said Arby's portions have been decreased! So you pay more for less. The food I received was pretty bad. Of the chicken tenders 3 were just pieces of batter, no chicken. Avoid this location. Been twice and both times it was really bad.

I attended this particular Arby's several days a month with a coworker. The food is always excellent. The rest of restaurant is horrible. 9 times out of 10 there isn't any condiments by drink machine. You have to ask for them. All floors are always sticky. Restrooms are a disaster. Floors are filthy with urine and trash. No toilet tissue or paper towels. I know we r there at 11 and it is busy, but doesn't anyone stock beforehand. The morality of the employees is a 50/50 chance of them being angry and not wanting to be there, or happy and cheerful. Once I witnessed an employee get into a loud verbal argument with a customer that all other customers heard and literally shook there head, finished their meal and left.Parking: Watch for cars trying to go thru drive thru while u r backing out. You will get hit. College town. Kids do not pay attention

I ordered a 3 strip meal and asked for BBQ sauce with it, instead of receiving my order I received a roast beef sandwich with no sauce and cold fries.I tried to call back once I got home to get a replacement order but no one picked up the phone (I called about 4 times) very disappointing seeing as it would have been the first meal I ate all day, after work, class, and playing at a basketball game.

Always such a delay when I’m in the drive-thru and no one will be there. They also forget the sauce when asked while ordering.

My order was placed online. Once my husband arrived to pick up the order he was told they were out of burgers and jamocha shakes. He asked to be refunded for the out-of-stock items and he was given the run around. Cashier acted clueless and told him that they could not refund online orders. He asked again for a refund and was told by someone else that it could not be refunded partially and the whole order would have to be refunded. They did not attempt to do this and just re-ring up what was in stock. Instead we got a coupon for a free sandwich, no jamocha, an empty promise to call us back (he was asked to provide his name and number to management) and a weak excuse from the original employee ( "I just work here"). When has only working somewhere ever been an excuse for not knowing how to do you job properly? Charging someone for something and then not providing it is called theft. I typically avoid this location for this exact reason. Three out of the 3 times I have tried to visit this location, it has been a garbage fire of an experience. The order went directly to the trash and I will not be returning.

We've visited this establishment many times over the past 10+ years we've lived in Greenville. The past year or so, the overall quality of this restaurant has gone downhill to the point that I would not recommend anyone go here. The past few months, there have been several issues, but tonight was the one of the worst visits we've had at this location. The owners of this establishment need to do something about this location to turn it around otherwise it might as well close. We will not be going back anytime soon.Tonight the issues were:Very slow service. Although the guy who took our order in the restaurant, Elijah, was very nice. Getting our food took a long time and then once they called our name, they just put the tray on the counter and ignored us for several minutes while we waited to ask for sauce packets (there wasn't any ketchup in the dispenser on the counter and we had already requested mayonnaise, which wasn't on the tray).Hazardous conditions. The floor was super slippery and it wasn't from being wet. It felt as if the entire floor had been mopped with greasy, oily water. The drink machine was overflowing with water/soda that had spilled onto the floor in front of it and the only thing staff had done was to put a "floor is wet" sign in the middle of the puddle. Half the floor in front of the drink machine was wet.Drinks - they did not taste right. The previous time we were there, some of the drinks were low on syrup. The time before that, the entire drink machine was out of commission.Sauce dispensers - not properly maintained/refilled. Sometimes they have sauce, but most of the time they do not, so then you have to ask for sauce packets. Tonight, some of the sauces were out.Bathrooms - the woman's bathroom had a toilet overflowing with water leaking onto the floor and the other toilet wouldn't flush. Another hazard.Food - the fries were hot and fresh. The classic roast beef sandwiches had as much roast beef on them as a slider. They were out of tomatoes, which happens sometimes, but it just added to the whole experience tonight. There seems to be an overall lack of care and concern amongst the employees who work here, including any shift leads (if there are any). We love Arby's food and this location is the closest to us, but we will drive the extra distance to the one on Firetower Road from now on, as we have had way better experiences over there.

Not criticizing staff. They had 3 persons working at lunchtime. Too much to do, so we stood there waiting for more than 15 minutes. Worst experience ever at an Arby's.
