The food was really good and the service was quick. I got the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. At least around 9:30 am, it's not too busy and has quick service. The atmosphere was good as well, I didn't encounter any rude employees, yet anyway.

This place at Novant NHRMC should close until there is new management and perfectly trained staff. It was never like this until all the good staff left.They were always prompt to help now it is ridiculous. The staff don't same happy you wait 15 minutes to get lunch but only have 30 minutes for lunch. There is a problem that is not being addressed or recognized ? ? ? it is a total embrassment to the visitors and staff.

The attitude from the employee I had the misfortune of dealing with today was just nasty. It's the only place in the hospital to try to get real food on a Saturday afternoon and this woman was just downright rude.

Great Mediterranean Salad, fresh fruit. Save yourself time and if your getting a simple salad it may be in the fridge next to the line.
