Very mean staff. I came in and ordered some pretzels nuggets. I was told 15 minutes. After waiting ten after paying the staff sat there and stared at me. Everyone who came up they told them 15 minutes to discourage them from ordering. After watching this for 10 minutes. I asked if they even started making mine yet. The said no. So who knows how long they would have kept me and the other guests waiting. Staff has an attitude. I asked for a refund.

Horrid service. 3 immature females working there and not 1 serviced me as I and another lady stood at the register. We waited over 7 minutes whole they looked us in the face and never assisted us. Typical.

It's located in a busy area of the mall. So it's a nice place to stop to grab a bite while you're shopping. However, it's a bit pricey. I ordered mini pretzel dog 20ct, cheese dip, and a large strawberry lemonade for $10.88. I didn't realize they charged me 0.99 for the cheese dip. Although I didn't like the pretzel dogs, the strawberry lemonade tasted really good. Honestly, I liked the other pretzel place that had previously occupied that station.
