The lady at the front was nice and polite and very speedy, then the manager thought it was a great idea to take her time and look around at things while the line just kept backing up. Then while I'm waiting for my food she starts to make the people behind me orders and all I had was a tea and fries.
The steak biscuit was hot and delicious once I got it. The drive thru line was slow and inside seemed to be disorganized. I believe it was due to the employees covering many different jobs due to staffing shortages. If you don't mind the morning wait, it's well worth the visit.

I was very disappointed in the food I received. I normally receive great food and great service. But this day not so much. I waited in line for 20mins or more only to get cold chicken, half done fries and a hard biscuit. Best thing about the whole meal was the tea.
