Oh hell

Spent half my lunch break standing at the counter, only to cancel my order since a biscuit and fries is too much to ask for in under 20 minutes. They were out of nearly everything, and couldn’t keep up with the 2 whole people that were waiting in line inside, one being me. Clearly no one in management knows what they’re doing. The workers have no manners, and walk around with no urgency like zombies.Also, their sanitation rating is 92.5 if that tells you anything.

Ta’Shiya was the worst customer service worker I believe I have ever seen. She walked as slow as she possibly could when packing orders, refused to talk to the four people behind me, and it took 40 minutes for me to get my food (which someone else had to pack for her.) it took maybe 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, long enough for a worker to come up and tell me someone would be with me in a moment. Then someone took my order and immediately walked away. A shocking 10 more minutes passed before who I believe is the manager finally called someone to come up front. Enter Ta’Shiya. She takes a step every five seconds, walks around like she’s lost, and packs two other orders that weren’t mine (despite me being first in line and the only who’d been standing there for all of those 10 minutes). And to make make matters worse, I got my food 12 minutes later by someone else who had to pack it for her. He came off of break and immediately fixed her mistakes. I believe his name was Thurston? He served me with a smile and thanked me for being patient, and Ta’Shiya immediately got on him for serving me WHAT I ORDERED!!! everyone in line was pissed off at her, the man behind me was beyond irritated at her lack of service. I’m grateful for that man who stepped in and saved the whole experience.

I will never go back to this place, everytime I come here I have to sit and wait for long periods of time while the staff moves slow as a snail, working in fast food it’s fast paced so you have to move fast not slow,

Nasty staff and very unprofessional. Manager Tylee Joyner dismissed my complaint when I called back, regarding a rude drive thru Employee who was completely out of order. She had the nerve to ask me with an attitude, why every time I come through the drive thru, when she say welcome to Bojangles, I reply, yes Bojangles and proceed with my order. Ma'am you work at Bojangles. When I ask her to elaborate, because I'm confused on why she is asking me this, instead of confirming my order, providing my total and doing what I'm paying you to do with my service. She decided to be rude and immature. I believe her name is Alicia (older black woman)according to the manager. At this point I wasn't paying my money there to support this disrespectful behavior. This occurred on 12/10/2023 around 12:30 pm. I attempted to explained what happened to the Manager and he said he would handle it, but when I had follow questions he said he had a line out the door and basically didn't have time. I asked the Manager directly are you dismissing my complaint? He coldly responded yes and promptly hung up on me. Sir why did you answer the phone and wasn't prepared to help? This type of service is unacceptable and that Manager is clearly incompetent and needs more training on how to Manage his wild staff and handle customers concerns in real-time.

Arrived @ 7pm was told they were out of wings to fill a 8piece, and they would substitute but it would take 20 minutes to cook. The customer service at this particular location has went down tremendously.

Just like every other Bojangles I've been to. Biscuits were hot and good. Chicken Supremes were good but fries were a little greasy.

Drive thru is a hit or miss. You can definitely tell the workers don't want to be there.

This is the worst bojangles. They kept me at the drive thru for 10mins. I ordered finally. I got to the window and was going to add a piece of chicken....cashier cut me off and was like uh no...we don't take add ons at the window.. then it took them 7 more mins for my dandwhich. I don't know when this rule started but there needs to be a sign. Also there needs to be some professionalism. I will not return to this bojangles again. Last week they forgot my food and told me to come back TOMMORROW. I'm tired of being ripped off and being rude too.

There was a lady working the window who was absolutely horrible. Had no customer service whatsoever. First she charged us for an order that was the person in front of us, when we pointed this out she gave attitude like it was our fault. We tried to pay for our mean when She then said "before I even serve you, is there a problem?" We gave back the food from the first charge and tried to get a refund for it but she wouldn't let us. This lady does NOT need to be working here if she is going to act like working is the worst thing in her life. She was very hostile to us.Worst experience ever.
